The cozy living room with a new couch and a new armchair invite you to spend cozy hours with a view. From the living room with dining area you can access the sunny balcony with garden furniture. The bedroom with a double bed and another room with two single beds offer space for 4 people for a relaxing night's sleep. The open kitchen offers you all the necessary amenities such as a refrigerator, coffee machine, stove with hotplates, dishwasher, oven, etc.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

A free internet connection is available for your entertainment. The apartment also has a stereo system and a Blue-Ray player.

A travel cot and a high chair are available for our little guests.

In the house there is a communal cellar with a sauna (coin-operated sauna), table football room, table tennis room, coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer.

A parking space is available at the house.

Smoking is not permitted!!! Pets are not allowed!

The garden can be used by all tenants.

We wish you a relaxing holiday!

Let yourself be pampered every day. We offer a bread roll delivery service all year round, which you can book with us at least 4 days before arrival.

Ein großes Grundstück steht allen Gästen zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und insgesamt sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Man kann sich hier wirklich wohl fühlen. Schade, dass es im Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett keine wirksame Verdunklung gibt. Die Mitarbeiter des Poeler Appartement Service waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Mülltrennung hat uns einige Schwierigkeiten bereitet - man hätte sich eine gelbe Tonne gewünscht. Wir haben reichlich drei sehr erholsame Wochen verbracht und hoffen, im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen zu können.

Alles war super.

Meine Angst, dass die Online Verbindung nicht funktioniert war unbegründet. Es hat funktioniert.Nur Video-Konferenzen waren schwierig. Ich vermute da ist es wahrscheinlich auch schwer dass noch zu verbessern.

Die Parkplatz Situation beim einchecken im schwarzen Bruch ist schlecht.

In der Ferienwohnung hatten wir schlechten/garkeinen Wlan bzw. Internetanschluss.

Die Wohnung ist super. Eine tolle Aufteilung der Zimmer. Tolle Ausstattung und alles an Geschirr was man sich denken kann. Wirklich spitze.
