The apartment "Sommerloft" is a spacious accommodation over two levels right on the beach of Schwarzen Busch. With a size of 68m², it offers enough space for up to four people. The apartment has a bedroom with a bunk bed and another bedroom with a double bed in the attic, which is accessible via a spiral staircase. The open bathroom in the attic is equipped with a bathtub and toilet. On the living level there is a second bathroom with shower and toilet. Enjoy the side view of the sea and the fresh sea air from your balcony.

A cot for the small guests is provided by the owner. A highchair can be rented via PAS.

Smoking is not allowed in this apartment. Pets are not allowed.

Die Wohnungen sind alle sehr individuell geschnittene und liebevoll von den Eigentümern eingerichtet. Von der exklusiven 1-Zimmerwohnung bis zur geräumigen 3-Zimmer Dachgeschosswohnung finden Sie hier alles, was Ihr Herz begehrt. Alle Wohnungen verfügen über mindestens einen schönen großen Balkon mit Süd-Ausrichtung und zum Teil seitlichen Meerblick.

Selbstverständlich verfügen alle Wohnungen über komplett ausgestattete Einbauküchen, Bügelbrett/Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer, Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl sowie Balkon/Terrassenmöbel, TV, Radio und CD-Spieler.

Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner (Münzbetrieb) stehen im Keller des Hauses für Sie bereit.

Schöne Wohnung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. es wäre schön, wenn Moskitonetze an den Türen zum Balkon und an den Dachfenstern wären. Man muss wissen, dass die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer etwas eng ist, oben ist ein sehr schöner Raum. Es gibt keinen Aufzug im Treppenhaus.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

wir waren schon oft im Sommerloft.

Leider sind immer mehr Zustände zu bemängeln, die einfach nicht behoben werden. Der Preis passt sich dem ja leider auch nicht an.. im Gegenteil. Wir haben erfahren, dass ein neuer Eigentümer gesucht wird. Wenn der derzeitige jedoch nicht mehr bereit ist zu investieren und instand zu setzen, ist es nur fair ihre Gäste zu informieren und den Preis nach unten anzupassen.

- Jalousie (linkes Dachfenster) im Schlafzimmer defekt

- Dichtung Wasserhahn (Waschbecken und Badewanne oben) defekt

- Fliesen Badewanne defekt (schon Jahre!), Fliesenkleber dauert 3 Minuten

- Dusche Bad unten defekt (war gar nicht zu nutzen!) - darüber haben wir Sie während des Aufenthaltes informiert - kein Beheben, kein Entgegenkommen

- Wasserhahn Küche kein Druck, nur Geplätscher

- Hängeschrank Küche Schiebetür defekt (auch seit Jahren)

- Lampe Wohnzimmer (links vorm Fenster) Leuchtmittel defekt

- Schrank im Flur Schiebetüren defekt (Gefahrenquelle besonders für Kinder!!)

- mangelhafte Reinigung bei Einzug (Staub und muffliger Geruch), auch das bereits mehrere Male

Wir haben in ein paar Wochen wieder das Sommerloft gebucht und erwarten eine Veränderung, entweder der oben genannten Missstände oder des Buchungspreises - das kann so wirklich nicht sein! Mit besten Grüßen an den Eigentümer, der durch unseren Aufenthalt ja wieder ein bisschen Finanzierungsspielraum haben müsste.
