From the living room with dining area you can access the sunny balcony with garden furniture and a high-quality Napoleon electric grill.

The bedroom with a double bed and another room with a double bed offer space for 4 people for a relaxing night's sleep.

In 2022, all rooms were equipped with insect screens.

The open kitchen has all the necessary amenities such as a refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and many other high-quality equipment. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A free internet connection is available to you.

In the living room you are not only welcomed by a comfortable seating area, but also a 50 inch TV, Blue-Ray player and a mini stereo system with everything that is popular these days (Blue-Ray, DVD, CD, MP3, USB port, Bluetooth). A children's travel cot, children's plates and children's cutlery are available for our little guests. The children's high chair can be booked directly from PAS.

In the house there is a communal cellar with a sauna (coin-operated sauna), table football and table tennis table, washing machine and dryer. A parking space is available at the house.

Smoking is not permitted!!! Pets are allowed! The garden can be used by all tenants.

We wish you a relaxing holiday!

Let yourself be pampered every day. We offer a bread roll delivery service all year round, which you can book with us at least 4 days before arrival.

Sie haben die Auswahl zwischen 4 Wohnungen im Haus "Sonnenschein". Sie liegen in ruhiger Lage, direkt in der Natur am Ortsrand des kleinen Ortes "Weitendorf" . Im Haus befindet sich ein Gemeinschaftskeller mit Sauna, Kicker- und Tischtennisraum, Münz-Waschmaschine und Trockner. Parkplätze stehen am Haus zur Verfügung. Ein großes Grundstück steht allen Gästen zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung war grundsätzlich sauber, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und super ausgestattet.

Leider hat es im Badezimmer bei offenem Fenster etwas unangenehm gerochen, wir denken dieser Geruch kam von dem Baum vor dem Fenster.

Etwas nachgearbeitet werden kann in der Dusche (schwarze Schimmelflecken im unteren Bereich) und in den Fensterrahmen. Tatsächlich sprechen wir hier über Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Sehr positiv aufgefallen ist uns, dass es nicht nach Haustier gerochen hat obwohl diese in der Wohnung erlaubt sind (auch wir hatten unseren Vierbeiner mit) und auch keine Tierhaare sichtbar waren. Leider wird häufig immer noch bei Hundebesitzern davon ausgegangen, dass sie selbst auch gerne in einem Hundekörbchen wohnen und es mit der Hygiene nicht so genau nehmen. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Schlüssel-Safe defekt, hier haben wir dann die Notfallnummer gewählt und konnten uns den Schlüssel sofort abholen. Hier hätte man ggf. im Vorfeld eine SMS rausschicken können um die Urlauber entsprechend abzuholen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Orga-Team! :)

Lob: In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie war sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Mit dem Service von PAS waren wir grundsätzlich zufrieden. Mehrere e- mails an mich waren freundlich und einladend formuliert, so dass ich mich bereits vor meiner Ankunft willkommen fühlte. Sehr gut fand ich auch, dass wir alle wichtigen Telefonnummern erhalten haben, für den Fall, dass wir in eine Notlage geraten sollten.

Kritik: Da wir sehr früh gebucht haben, fand ich es schade, dass ich informative e. mails erst wenige Tage vor unserer Anreise erhalten habe. So sollten wir zubuchbare Service-Pakete bis 7 Tage vor Anreise dazubuchen. Erhalten habe ich die e mails aber erst 4-5 tage vor Anreise.

Bitte vielleicht über Fliegengitter nachdenken. Sonnensegel funktioniert nur wenn die Sonne darüber steht. Morgens und abends hatte man wenig Sonnenschutz.

Die Ferienwohnung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war vollständig und hochwertig, was will man mehr.

Für die Sauna im Keller hätten wir uns anstatt der Corona-Regeln an jeder Wand lieber eine Bedienungsanleitung gewünscht (wie viele Münzen muss man einwerfen um z.B. eine Stunde Sauna zu genießen).
