Das Ferienhaus Hohmann 1 auf der Insel Poel verbindet modernen Wohnkomfort mit einer ruhigen, ländlichen Umgebung. Mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern bietet das Haus Platz für bis zu 6 Personen und eignet sich besonders gut für Familien oder gemeinsam reisende Freunde.

Im Erdgeschoss erwartet Sie ein offener Wohnbereich mit einem großen Fernseher sowie einer gemütlichen Eckbank und Sitzgruppe. Die offene Küche ist direkt in den Wohnbereich integriert und verfügt über einen Herd, einen Backofen, einen Geschirrspüler und einen Kühlschrank.

Vom Wohnbereich gelangen Sie direkt auf die Terrasse. Hier können Sie die ländliche Umgebung beim Frühstück, bei entspannten Stunden im Freien oder bei einem gemeinsamen Grillabend genießen.

Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC sowie die private Sauna. Sie bietet nach einem aktiven Urlaubstag eine angenehme Möglichkeit zum Entspannen.

Im Obergeschoss steht ein zweites Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC zur Verfügung. Dort befindet sich außerdem eine Waschmaschine.

Das Ferienhaus verfügt insgesamt über drei einladende Schlafzimmer und bietet damit Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu sechs Personen.

Kostenloses WLAN ist im Haus verfügbar. Ein PKW-Stellplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus.
