Das Ferienhaus Haus Meerjungfrau befindet sich in besonders ruhiger Lage in erster Reihe zum Naturschutzgebiet direkt am Salzhaff. Vom Wohnzimmer und von der Terrasse genießen Sie einen freien, unverbaubaren Blick über die Salzwiesen bis zum Meer.

Das helle und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnzimmer verfügt über moderne Möbel und ein vollwertiges Schlafsofa mit einer Liegefläche von etwa 1,40 × 1,95 Metern. Ein Kaminofen sorgt an kühleren Tagen für behagliche Wärme.

Für Unterhaltung stehen ein Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Player, ein CD-Player und ein MP3-Player zur Verfügung. Der Esstisch für fünf Personen befindet sich direkt am Panoramafenster mit Blick in die Natur.

Vom Wohnzimmer gelangen Sie auf die Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und zwei Liegen.

Das Ferienhaus verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer. Im ersten Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelbett mit zwei Einzelmatratzen von jeweils 0,90 × 2,00 Metern zur Verfügung. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet, dessen Einzelmatratzen jeweils 0,80 × 2,00 Meter messen.

Die offene Küche befindet sich im Eingangsbereich und bietet alle wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten für die Selbstverpflegung.

Ein Gäste-WC mit Dusche sowie ein großzügiges Wellnessbad mit Sauna, Whirlpool, einer weiteren Duschkabine und WC sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort.

Fliegengitter sind in der gesamten Unterkunft vorhanden, ausgenommen das kleine Badezimmer mit Dachfenster.

Zur Verdunklung stehen in der Küche ein Rollo, im ersten Schlafzimmer ein Plissee und ein Vorhang, im zweiten Schlafzimmer Vorhänge sowie im Wohnbereich ebenfalls Vorhänge zur Verfügung.

Das große, eingezäunte Grundstück wird gemeinschaftlich mit dem benachbarten Doppelhaus genutzt und bietet viel Platz zum Spielen, Grillen und Entspannen. Es eignet sich besonders gut für Hundebesitzer.

Auf einem kleinen erhöhten Platz am Haus steht ein Strandkorb für sonnige Stunden bereit.

Für kleine Gäste stehen ein Kinderreisebett und ein Hochstuhl kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Kostenloses WLAN ist vorhanden. Ein PKW-Stellplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus.

Ab der vierten Person wird ein Aufpreis von 10,00 € pro Person und Tag berechnet.

Auf Wunsch kann ganzjährig ein Brötchenlieferservice gebucht werden. Die Bestellung muss spätestens vier Tage vor der Anreise erfolgen. Weitere Informationen erhalten Sie auf Nachfrage.

Das Ferienhaus Haus Meerjungfrau ist eine Nichtraucherunterkunft. Haustiere sind erlaubt.

Wir fühlen uns im Haus Meerjungfrau immer wieder sehr wohl und fanden es toll, das einiges erneuert/repariert wurde - da ist die Vorfreude auf den nächsten Urlaub noch größer. Den wunderschönen, neuen Strandkorb konnten wir zwar noch nicht richtig auskosten, aber das holen wir beim nächsten Besuch nach !

Der Strandkorb könnte erneuert werden und obwohl das WLAN eine gute Verbindung verspricht ist kein oder nur sehr langsames Internet vorhanden.

Alles in allem gut. Ein paar Anmerkungen: Dunstabzugshaube funktionierte nicht, es brannte nur Licht / im Duschbadezimmer brannte nur eine Lampe über dem Waschbecken / bitte ab und zu die Chlortabletten für den Whirlpool überprüfen, manchmal sind sie so alt, dass sie nicht mehr sprudeln, sprich keine Wirkung mehr haben....aber alles gut :)

Keine Kritik aber eine kleine Anmerkung:

Es sollte doch in regelmäßigen Abständen entkalkt werder... Dusche Handbrause und die Perlatoren der Wasserhähne... weiter sollte der Whirlpool mal entkalkt werden... Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus Meerjungfrau...

+Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in dem schönen, gut ausgestatteten Haus verbracht.

+ Insbesondere die Küche ist toll ausgestattet, die Betten waren bereits bezogen usw. Das war super.

- Der Wasserblick war nur bedingt vorhanden, denn anders als beim Nachbarhaus ist die angrenzende Hecke leider sehr hoch und wir hatten dadurch keine freie Sicht.

- Zur Freundlichkeit: Wir hatten wenig Kontakt zu Mitarbeitern, fanden den Check In und Checkout mit Schlüsselbox jedoch sehr komfortabel und unkompliziert. Den Stern Abzug gibt es für die Mitarbeiterin im Strandeck am Schwarzen Busch. Wirklich schade, wie sie mit Gästen bzw Kunden umgeht.

Das Ferienhaus und die Lage haben uns sehr gefallen . Wer himmlische Ruhe und Platz sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Kein Massentourismus wie an anderen Ostseepätzen. Kleiner Tipp. Spinnengewebe im Haus mag niemand.

Das Haus und die umgebene Natur sind wunderbar. Anregung: Es wäre sehr schön, wenn zwischen Vorwerk und Gollwitz ein Rad- und Fußweg angelegt werden würde. Der Feldweg nach Kirchdorf/Kaltenhof/Schwarzer Busch ist ok. Kann man vielleicht die Idee an die Kreisverwaltung weitermelden?

Der Brötchenservice ist eine tolle Idee, die wir sehr zu schätzen wissen! Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, die schon um 6 Uhr aufstehen, wäre es schön, wenn die Brötchen etwas früher geliefert würden. Aber dieses Problem haben ja "normale" Urlauber nicht, :)

Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet, so dass wir wirklich alles hatten, was wir im Urlaub brauchten.

Es war wunderschön bei Ihnen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Daher gibt es keine Kritik!

Vielleicht zwei Ideen:

- Die kleinen Schneidemesser sind teilweise gebogen

- Die tollen Holzmöbel, besonders die Tische, würden sich über Öl freuen :).
