The living room with the large window front is bright and friendly. The modern furnishings invite you to enjoy. Cuddle up in front of the fireplace! The open kitchen is complete and perfectly equipped. Three bedrooms, each equipped with a TV, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds offer enough space for up to 6 people. A 7th person can sleep on the sofa in the living room (surcharge € 10.00 from the 5th person per day)!! There are two bathrooms. A bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a bathtub and sauna. From the living room you can access the terrace with a view of the Salzhaff and the adjoining meadow. The house also has a utility room with a washing machine and a separate storage room for bicycles. The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating. A beach chair, grill and garden furniture await you.

A travel cot and a high chair are available for the little ones. Free WiFi connection available.

There are 2 parking spaces at the house.

Let yourself be pampered every day. We offer a bread roll delivery service all year round, which you can book with us at least 4 days before arrival.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Es ist nur schade, dass man heutzutage Handtücher und Geschirrtücher extra bezahlen muss. Vor paar Jahren gab es in den Häusern noch Handtücher, die im Preis inbegriffen waren.

Dann waren wir etwas überrascht, dass am Hauseingang eine sehr hohe Stufe war. Wir sind ja mit einen Rollstuhlfahrer angereist und leider gab es im Vorfeld kein Foto auf ihrer Webseite, auf dem der Eingang abgebildet war.

Von allen Seiten wird das Haus gezeigt, aber nicht die Eingangstür. Das sollte vielleicht mal geändert werden. Wahrscheinlich hätte ich mich gegen dieses Haus entschieden, aufgrund der Stufe am Hauseingang. Für Rollstuhlfahrer sehr umständlich ins Haus zu kommen.

Ansonsten vielen Dank für den Urlaub und das tolle großzügige Haus.

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dennoch ein paar kleinere Verbesserungen:

-Kleinere Reparaturen (kaputter Stuhl für Sitzgruppe der Terrasse, schmutziger) sollten vor Anreise des Gastes erledigt sein.

-Das WLAN ist leider zu langsam, um sich abends mal einen Film auf Netflix (etc.) anzuschauen; Gäste anderer Ferienwohnungen sind ebenfalls im selben WLAN unterwegs

-Die Polstermöbel sind mittlerweile etwas durchgesessen (Sofa + Sitzgruppe)

-Das automatische Licht im Flur lässt sich leider nicht abschalten. Der Bewegungsmelder reagiert auf die kleines Bewegung. Jede Bewegung auf dem Flur führt damit zur vollen Beleuchtung, was gerade nachts unangenehm ist.

-Der Außenbereich wäre groß genug für einen Fahrradschuppen oder einen Spielturm für Kinder

Als wir am 27.12. ankamen war leider die Heizung kaputt, dementsprechend kalt war es auch in dem Haus. Der Monteur hat aber sehr gut gearbeitet und auch die Mitarbeiter von PAS haben sehr kulant reagiert. Am nächsten Morgen hat die Heizung wieder funktioniert und das Haus war schön warm für die Jahreszeit. Das Haus ist gut und modern ausgestattet. War sehr sauber und die Sauna tat gerade im Winter gut. Wer einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Wir fanden das Ferienhaus wunderschön und auch sehr sauber, fühlten uns sofort pudelwohl.

Da wir mit Kleinkind angereist waren hätten wir uns lediglich Kindersicherungen für Steckdosen und einen Hocker für den Zwerg gewünscht...aber das ist wirklich auf höchstem Niveau gemeckert.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Top Ausstattung vor allem in der Küche. Gerne mal das Polster am Kopfende des Betts absaugen und die Matratze im größeren SZ ist schon etwas durch gelegen. Aber es ist wirklich „jammern“ auf hohem Niveau.
