The living room with the large window front with unobstructed sea views is bright and friendly. The modern furnishings invite you to enjoy the view and the house. Cuddle up in front of the fireplace! The open kitchen with a separate cooking block is completely and perfectly equipped. Three bedrooms, two with double beds (one with a second TV) and one with a bunk bed, offer plenty of space and a clear view of the sea!! A sofa bed for another person is in the living room. From here you can access the very large, surrounding terrace and from there onto the adjoining meadow. Use the space to play and relax. A beach chair, grill and garden furniture await you.

Here you can experience wellness at its finest: the large bathroom with shower, whirlpool, toilet and subsequent large sauna makes even cloudy days brighter.

A travel cot and a high chair are available for the little ones. Free WiFi connection available. A lockable shed for your bicycles is available here. A play structure is available for our little guests to let off steam and play.

The special feature of the house is the unsurpassed view of the sea and the great outdoors as well as the unique location with a large plot of land.

For occupancy of 5 people or more we charge € 10.00/night.

Let yourself be pampered every day. We offer a bread roll delivery service all year round, which you can book with us at least 4 days before arrival.

You will receive detailed information from us upon request!

There are two parking spaces at the house.

Ein tolles Haus, in toller Lage! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Alles war sauber, das Haus war schön vorgeheizt. Ein Besen, Staubsauger und Putzlappen wären empfehlenswert.

Eine einfachere Bedienungsanleitung für den Fernseher wäre auch von Nutzen gewesen. So mußten wir uns nur mit einem Programm zufrieden geben . Ansonsten ist es ein schönes Haus. Etwas hellhörig, aber das ist wohl der Bauweise geschuldet.

Es war wie immer sehr schön. Vielleicht wäre es möglich als Starterpaket Mülltüten und ein wenig Spüli bereit zu legen sowie wieder eine Seifenablage in die Dusche einzubauen. Zuletzt ist uns aufgefallen, dass die Lanbuchsen (Internet) nicht in Betrieb sind. Ansonsten alles sehr fein.

Wir kennen ja Ihre Häuser und dieses insbesondere gut, da wir seit Jahren im Sommer bei Ihnen zu Gast sind. Besonders schätzen wir Ihre prompte Reaktion und Erledigung von Bitte und Anfragen, wenn mal was nicht in Ordnung ist.

Es wäre sehr schön, wenn der Router besser wäre, ein Repeater im Haus wäre vielleicht eine Lösung. Das WLAN war dieses Jahr besonders oft nicht erreichbar und wenn, dann war die Leistung sehr schmal, auch wenn man nur ein Gerät einwählt. Aufgrund der exponierten Lage ist auch der 4/5G Empfang nicht immer gut, so daß ein gut funktionierendes WLAN schon wünschenswert wäre.

Eine neue Bespannung der Fliegengittertür wäre schön, wir haben die Löcher selbst notdürftig mit klarem Klebeband beidseitig verschlossen.

Danke für den schönen neuen Strandkorb! Der bisherige war wirklich nicht mehr toll gewesen...

Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf den 21.07.25, wenn wir wieder da sein können!

Es war wieder wunderbar und wir haben es sehr genossen. Trotzdem einige Hinweise von uns: das Equipment war unzureichend: nur 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier, keine weiteren Mülltüten, keine Chlortabletten. Wir haben alles privat on top besorgt und bezahlt. Außerdem möchten wir anmerken, dass eine bessere Lösung für die Dusche wünschenswert wäre. Kein Kalk in den Düsen und eine angenehme "Tropentechnik" wären klasse. Leider ist es auch mit den Nachbarn recht anstrengend: der Hahn kräht ständig, sogar um Mitternacht und es werden permanent Feuer gemacht, die nicht nur das Auto komplett eindrecken.

Es waren - wie immer - wundervolle Tage. Insbesondere die neue Bestuhlung und das neue Sofa haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Aussparung unter der Spülmaschine (schleift/knackt beim Schließen) sollte vergrößert und der Schließer am Fenster über dem Sofa bedarf Ihrer Aufmerksamkeit. Ansonsten alles am Haus Top.

Die Damen des Servicebüro können ja nichts dafür, sie sind immer sehr freundlich. Aber!!!!! Im Falle eines Falles benimmt sich PAS-POEL wie ein kleines .....Schade, ich hab immer gerne über PAS - Poel auf meiner Lieblingsinsel gebucht. Von nun aber werde ich bei Frau Koth oder über Poel.de buchen.. da weiß ich, das es vernünftig ist.

Während Ihrer Anwesenheit ist Ihnen die Duschtür kaputt gegangen, Unglücke geschehen. PAS vermietet die Objekte für diverse Eigentümer, die berechtigterweise erwarten, daß die Mietkunden Dinge ersetzen, die während des Aufenthaltes kaputt gehen, dafür gibt es Haftpflichtversicherungen. Daß Sie dieses als Grund sehen, nicht mehr bei PAS zu buchen, bedauern wir sehr. PAS versucht immer, sowohl den Mietern als auch den Eigentümern gegenüber das Beste zu geben!

Wir waren das 3. Mal da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Was uns diesmal aber aufgefallen ist, waren etliche Hundehaare im Wohnbereich, die wir beim Einzug entdeckt haben. Positiv aufgefallen sind uns die neuen Stühle am Esstisch. Sie sind sehr bequem. Und auch das aufgestockte Gläsersortiment hat uns sehr gefreut. Etwas noch zu den Elektrogeräten. Der Staubsauger hat beim Einschalten sehr gerochen. Wer ist denn für den Wechsel der Filtertüten zuständig ? Und die Kaffeemaschine hat eine sehr lange Durchlaufzeit (ca.30 Min. bei 8-9 Tassen Bezug).

Das Haus ist wundervoll. der Blick auf das Salzhaff phantastisch. sonst kämen wir nicht bereits seit Jahren. Teilen der Ausstattung merkt man allerdings den regen Gebrauch an. Küchentisch und Stühle könnten wie der betagte Fernseher bei Zeiten ersetzt werden. Die neue Bettwäsche und die neuen Handtücher hingegen sind toll, ebenso wie die Einhausung für den Müll. Vielleicht kriegt der Papiermüll ja auch noch ein Dach?

Die Kommunikation/Service/Buchung mit PAS waren vollkommen unkompliziert, professionell und top organisiert.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine tolle Lage mit unterbautem Blick, luxuriöse Ausstattung, viel Platz drumrum für Kinder zum Spielen, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnumgebung. Für 2 Pärchen sehr großzügig, für 6-7 Personen eventuell etwas beengt, da die Schlafräume sehr klein sind und wir das Kinderzimmer für Vorräte zum Abstellen mit nutzten. Wir würden das Gesamtpaket sofort wieder buchen.

Bitte alle Schlüssel an einem Bund.Für Haustür,Gartenhaus und Schuppen mit Waschmaschine.

Das Haus ist das best ausgestattete,das wir als Familie in den letzten 15 Jahren auf Poel buchen durften.Echt top.

Als Tierfreund würde ich auf dem rießen Panoramafenster einige Vogelaufkleber anbringen.In unserer Anwesenheit sind etliche kleine Vögel an die Scheiben geknallt.Einem davon mussten wir wieder aufpeppeln.Die Aufkleber kosten nicht viel haben aber einen starken Effekt.Liebe Grüße von Familie Kneschk

Wir kommen gerne wieder!! Vielleicht wäre ein Sonnensegel auf der Terrasse angebracht, das Haus heizt sich sehr schnell auf! Einen Duschvorlegen und ein Geschirrtuch haben wir vermisst, auch wenn wir keinen Handtücher gebucht haben. Abet das sind nur Kleinigkeiten... Waren sehr zufrieden
