Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über ein behagliches WZ mit bequemer Sitzecke, SAT-TV und Heimkinoanlage. Aufbettung auf der Schlafcouch ist möglich.

Vom WZ gelangen Sie direkt auf den sonnigen, möblierten Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne.

Das großzügige Schlafzimmer liegt im Spitzboden, hier finden Sie ein Doppelbett, ein Einzelbett und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank.

Separate, gut ausgestattete Wohnküche mit heller gemütlicher Sitzecke, Backofen, Ceran-Kochfeld, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und Mikrowelle sind vorhanden.

Das Tageslichtbad ist mit Dusche/WC ausgestattet.

Für unsere kleinen Gäste stehen ein Kinderreisebett, ein Hochstuhl, Spielzeug und ein Bollerwagen zur Verfügung.

Ein PKW-Stellplatz Nr. 5 ist am Haus vorhanden.

Gleich nebenan befindet sich der Reiterhof „Lisa von Laurin“.

Über Weihnachten und Silvester gilt für dieses Objekt eine Mindestmietdauer von 5 Nächten.

In dieser Wohnung sind Haustiere nicht gestattet und das Rauchen ist untersagt.

Ausstattung war sehr liebevoll und sehr umfangreich. Man merkt positiv, dass das Appartement von den Eigentümern benutzt wird.

Nur die Ausstattung der Dusche lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Ich bin bereits das zweite Mal dort gewesen und würde es immer wieder buchen. Wohlfühlen vom ersten Moment. Danke für eine schöne und entspannte Zeit. Kleine Kritik....die Sauberkeit der Fenster könnte verbessert werden. Was wahrscheinlich auf Grund der Nähe zum Reiterhof schwer umzusetzen ist. Weiterhin fehlen freie Steckdosen im Wohnbereich / Sofa, ggf. könnte man ja eine Mehrfachverlängerung bereitlegen. Ansonsten alles top.

Innen ist alles super. Die Fensterbänke und die Ecken der Außenwände sehen nicht einladend aus. ( schon vor 2Jahren war alles verdreckt) Um den Hausmüll zu trennen fehlt eine Biotonne. Vom Rasengitter-Parkplatz ist es bei Nasswetter nicht möglich mit sauberen Schuhen ins Haus zu kommen.
