This luxury holiday apartment over 2 levels with approx. 75 m² on the 1st floor (with elevator) in the "Südwester" house impresses with its furnishings and great location right on the Timmendorf harbor.

A beautiful living room with an open kitchen, visually separated from the living room, with dining area, sofa bed and a balcony that faces the harbor and a guest toilet await you on the first level!

Two spacious bedrooms in the attic, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower allow up to 6 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Enjoy walks on the beach and the fantastic view of the port of Timmendorf and the Baltic Sea, you can't live any closer to the sea!

There is a parking space for your car directly at the house.

A high chair and a travel cot are available for our little guests.

In the communal cellar of the house (access from outside, accessible via stairs) you will find coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers, as well as a communal bicycle cellar for your bicycles.

WiFi is available free of charge.

Non-smoking apartment, pets allowed!

The holiday apartment can be booked with a minimum rental period of 3 nights!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und war einwandfrei gereinigt. Die Lage ist ebenso hervorragend, der Blick vom Balkon auf den Hafen war super.

Einziger Kritikpunkt in der Wohnung war der Zustand der Geschirrspülmaschine. Der obere Korb war teilweise verrostet, so dass wir es vorgezogen haben unser Geschirr mit der Hand abzuspülen. Hier sollte dringend Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Wenn wir mit der ganzen Familie gereist wären und mehr Abwasch angefallen wäre, hätten wir das so nicht hingenommen. Das passt nicht zum sonst einwandfreien und hochwertigen Eindruck der Wohnung und der gesamten Anlage.

Die versprochene SMS, dass wir die Wohnung beziehen können, haben wir leider nicht erhalten.

Die Esstischstühle sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und sind unansehnlich geworden. Auf dem Balkon sind 3 Schwalbennester aus denen teilweise auf die Stühele auf dem Balkon gekotet wird. Hilfreich wäre unter den Nesten ein Brett anzubringen.

Ein 2. Fön im 2. WC wäre sehr gut.

Ansonsonsten ist die Fewo Tip Top in jeder Hinsicht.

"Schmerzhaft" sind die allgemeinen Preiserhöhungen für die Wohnung, die Gastronomie und der Personalmangel in Gastronomie und Handel.
