Completely newly renovated and furnished bungalow directly on the beach in Timmendorf.

The large bedroom has a double bed (1.60mx2.00m) and a wardrobe. A bunk bed (90x200) awaits you in the small bedroom. A bedroom is a walk-through room.

The large living area with a beautiful dining area, TV and couch area offers you a view of the greenery. The adjoining kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator and much more makes your vacation something special.

A bathroom with toilet/shower and window awaits you, as well as a guest toilet!

The bungalow is not barrier-free.

WiFi is available free of charge.

The large, fenced property with garden furniture, sandpit, swing, grill and view of the countryside invites you to read, grill or play around.

There is a second holiday bungalow "Laetitia" on the property, which is also rented through PAS.

Parking space for 2 cars directly at the house.

A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge.

Non-smoking!!! Pets are welcome!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung Felicitas. Wir hatten viel Platz, es war sehr ruhig, d h. Wir konnten schön ausschlafen. Etwas unschön aber nur optisch ist der runter hängende Router an der Wohnzimmerwand. Das WLAN ist sehr schlecht, was uns aber nur abends oder bei schlechtem Wetter störte.

Der Service (die Buchung, Schlüssel Annahme und Abgabe) war einfach gestaltet und sehr unkompliziert. Am Haus selber gab es nichts auszusetzen bis auf das alle Fenster mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet sein sollten und die Matratzen (sehr weich und durchgelegen) getauscht werden müssten. Ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Gerne werden wir wieder ein Ferienhaus bei ihnen buchen.

Gerne wieder ! Sehr schöne, saubere Fewo. Alles da, was man braucht. Wenn der Nachbarhund schwierig ist, wäre ein Zwischenzaun sehr vorteilhaft. Sonst nützt der große schöne Garten nichts.

Gut eingerichtetes Haus, hundegeeignet, umzäunt. Allerdings kein Zaun zum Haus gegenüber (war nicht belegt). Könnte bei Belegung beider Häuser die Eignung für Hunde limitieren (kein Freilauf mehr). Sonst sehr freundlich, stressfreie Insel, perfekt geplante Ankunft von mehreren Infomails begleitet.

Alles sehr gut organisiert und vorbereitet. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ich habe die Terrasse vermisst, die angekreuzt war. Es gibt ja einen wunderschön großen Hof/Garten aber leider keine Terrasse. Da ich sehr gern draußen die Mahlzeiten einnehme, war ich diesbezüglich enttäuscht. Das Haus ist super, mit schönen Mobiliar und alles sehr sauber, das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt, was super für den Hund war, konnte auch mal allein raus lassen.

Strand und Restaurant alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Es war ein toller Kurzurlaub und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
