The open-plan kitchen offers you everything you need for a successful holiday: refrigerator, oven/ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, etc.

On the upper floor you will find two beautiful, cozy bedrooms, both equipped with box spring beds (an extra bed is available).

There is also a large bathroom on the upper floor with a bathtub, sink and toilet.

Children's travel cot and high chair are available for the little guests.

Special features:

Underfloor heating on the ground floor. Sofa in the living room with bed function.

In the large garden behind the house you will find a small garden house with a sauna (also shared with the neighboring house Hus Kieker) and a tool shed.

Parking spaces in the carport for 1-2 cars in a row.

Gut ausgestattetes Haus in toller Lage. Etwas mehr Licht zum Lesen im Wohnbereich wäre hilfreich. Und Spiegel in den Schlafzimmern würden helfen, bei Vollbelegung den Andrang auf die beiden Bäder zu reduzieren.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten- wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke!

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten:

Der Kühlschrank war vom Vorgänger noch nicht sauber- das war nicht so schön.

Toll die Fliegengitter in den Schlafzimmern- es wäre schön auch unten wenigstens einige Fenster damit zu versehen, um auch dort abends besser lüften zu können.

Die Lampen im Wohnbereich wären mit wärmeren Lichtquellen noch schöner/gemütlicher.

Die Fenster in der oberen Etage könnten mal eine Reinigung gebrauchen. Und Verdunkelungsvorhänge wären nicht schlecht. Ansonsten haben wir nichts zu beanstanden. Vor allem die Lage und der kurze Weg zum Strand waren topp.

Es ist anzuraten, die MB Dusche Gäste WC und WT Bad OG auszutauschen oder die Gangbarkeit zu verbessern. Das Gestänge am WT - OG ist unbrauchbar und muss gewechselt werden. Die Gastherme hatte die letzte Wartung im Mai 2020. Der Bettwäscheservice hat eine sehr gute Qualität. Der Einsatz des Hausmeisterdienstes, selbst am Wochenende, ist sehr lobenswert.

Wir sind am zweiten Weihnachtsfeiertag angereist und sehr gut durch den Verkehr gekommen. Dadurch waren wir bereits 11 Uhr vor Ort. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn wir die Schlüssel da schon erhalten hätten, da vor Ort fast alles geschlossen hatte und es auch relativ kalt war, war es schwierig mit Kleinkind die Zeit zu überbrücken. Da hätte man ein Auge zudrücken können, zumal das Haus vorher nicht von anderen gebucht war und somit wohl auch schon gereinigt und alles vorbereitet war.

Sonst war aber wie immer alles super! Vielen Dank.
