There is a restaurant on the ground floor.

This small, cozy 2-room apartment is just a stone's throw from the beach and some shops. A small bedroom with 2 entrance doors and a double bed as well as a large closet, a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub and toilet and the cozy living room with an open kitchen and a tiled stove for cozy days are a guarantee for relaxing holidays.

Here you can smell and hear the sea!

There is a parking space at the house.

Lob: Endlich ein guter Wasserdruck und damit jederzeit warmes Wasser beim Duschen, "Klappergestell" an Badtür endlich!!! ausgetauscht gegen ein kleineres, neues, Haltegriff an Badewanne installiert, zum 2. Mal den neuen Fernseher benutzen können (mussten unseren eigenen nicht mehr mitbringen).

Kritik: mittlerweile sehr laut auch im Treppenhaus durch Gastronomie Vella's - viel Gescheppere und Geklappere, Lautstärke beim Sprechen der Angestellten, von 10 Uhr früh bis spät am Abend, unsaubere Decken und Kissenbezüge sowie unsauberer Teppich - muffliger Geruch im Apartment

1-A-Lage mit tollem Blick auf Hafen und Meer. Endlich neuer und zeitgemäßer Fernseher. Wir fanden als Langzeitgäste eine Flasche Wein vor, wohl als kleine Aufmerksamkeit dafür. Leider fehlte eine Karte mit ein paar persönlichen Worten, die Ihre kleine Aufmerksamkeit wertiger gemacht hätte. (Kleine Anregung)

Leider ist es in der Wohnung seit diesem Aufenthalt sehr laut geworden aufgrund des neuen Lokals unterhalb - auch nach 22 Uhr. Bei Wind schlagen zudem die Markisen des Gartenbereichs und die Schirme, was auch die Nachtruhe erheblich stört.

Es wäre prima, wenn es neben den vorhandenen Notfallnummern eine Nr. des PAS geben würde. Ich konnte den Sturmschaden am Wochenende nicht melden.

Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer (unter dem Tisch) müsste mal ausgetauscht werden (Flecken!).

Sonst war es wieder ein toller und erholsamer Urlaub in einer super Unterkunft. Mein Hund und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Poel und die kleine Hafenkoje sind toll. Ich komme bald wieder.

Eine traumhafte kleine Ferienwohnung zum abschalten. Der Ausblick entschädigt einen auch bei schlechtem Wetter. Auch für Zuganreisende geeignet, da Verpflegung bestellt werden kann und auch umliegend alles Wichtige gekauft werden kann. Bei schwerwiegenden Havarien wären Notfallnumern als Auslage in der Einrichtung günstig.
