This cuddly, cozy holiday apartment on the top floor with approx. 72m² (with elevator) in the "Südwester" house impresses with its furnishings and great location right on the Timmendorf harbor.

A large living room with an open kitchen, fireplace and a balcony facing the harbor await you!

Two spacious bedrooms with double beds as well as a spacious bathroom and a guest toilet allow up to 4 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

There is a parking space at the house.

A high chair and a travel cot are available for our little guests.

In the communal cellar of the house (access from outside, accessible via stairs) you will find coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers, as well as a communal bicycle cellar for your bicycles.

WiFi is available free of charge.

No Smoking! Pets not allowed!

There is a minimum rental period of 3 days for this apartment.

Enjoy walks on the beach and the fantastic view of the port of Timmendorf and the Baltic Sea, you can't live any closer to the sea!

Wir haben immer alles dabei, aber für andere Gäste wäre Geschirrhandtuch und Spülmittel sicher nützlich. Zumal ja Schwamm und Putztuch hingelegt werden.

Vermutlich sind die dabei, wenn man das Handtuchpaket bucht.

Küchenausstattung ansonsten prima. Schön auch, dass es Decke und Kissen gibt im Wohnzimmer.

Im Sommer könnte es sehr heiß werden, denn in diese Dachgeschoßwohnung ballert voll die Abendsonne. Im Frühling ein Vorteil, aber doch schon sehr bemerkbar.Mit Sonnenschirm wirds sicher schwierig beidem Meerwind.

Preis/Leistung nur 4 Sterne:wir finden, die Preise der Fewo in der letzten Zeit sind überteuert,und von Saisonpreisen gar nicht zu reden.

Sonnenschirm aufstellen wird schwierig bei dem Meerwind.

Bei Preis/Leistung nur 4 Sterne:wir finden allgemein die Preise der Fewo kaum noch bezahlbar!

Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten, die Heizung im Bad in Gang zu bringen.

Die 2,Toilette sollte online ruhig erwähnt werden, bei 4 Personen wird das schon ein Buchungsargument.

Für Radfahrer, besonders mit den schweren Ebikes ist die steile Schiene an der Kellertreppe eine Zumutung,Da sollte nach einer anderen Lösung gesucht werden.

Ich habe im letzten Jahr eine Google-Bewertung abgegeben, und wir waren auch in diesem Jahr wieder total begeistert. Trotzdem habe ich zwei Verbesserungsvorschläge: Die Haustür fällt nichts ins Schloss. Das heißt, sie ist fast ständig offen. Das verleitet manche Gäste dazu, die Tür nachts abzuschließen. Beides kann gefährlich werden. Und der Kühlschrank ist zeitweise recht laut. Wir waren froh, dass Sie die Betten im Schlafzimmer neben dem Bad bezogen haben. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer gegenüber dem Kühlschrank hätte man die Zimmertür nachts schließen müssen.

Die Ferienwohnung hält was sie verspricht. Ich war schon einige Male in der Ferienwohnung Koralle zu Gast und man fühlt sich vom ersten Tag wie zuhause. Die Lage direkt am Hafen mit Blick auf die Ostsee ist einfach nur Toll. Ich komme wieder.

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Blick und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Auf die Größe der Topper sollte hingewiesen werden, da ein Standartlaken nicht passt. Auch Bedienungsanleitungen fehlten. WLAN würde der Ausstattung den 5. Stern geben.
