Your holiday home is an end-row holiday home (only 3 units) with approx. 83m². On the ground floor there is a tastefully furnished, spacious living room with a separate dining area and a modern fitted kitchen.

From the living room, which is equipped with a fireplace, you have direct access to the terrace with patio furniture. Here you can enjoy wonderful sunny days all day long!

There is also a toilet on the ground floor.

On the upper floor you will find a bathroom with shower/toilet, two bedrooms each with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed for a total of 6 people.

The attic has been converted into a children's playroom, children are welcome!

A high chair and a handcart are available for our little guests. A travel cot can be booked through PAS.

Free WiFi is also available in the house.

There is a parking space at the house and a bicycle shed.

It is approx. 70 m to the beach.

No Smoking!!! Pets not allowed!!!

Wir haben uns auch das zweite Mal im Haus Sonnenaufgang sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank für den immer freundlichen Service an das PAS-Team!

Wie auch schon bei der Schlüsselabgabe angesprochen, ist das einzige, was uns zur Verbesserung aufgefallen ist, die Spülmaschine. Diese reinigt leider nicht mehr richtig, es blieb immer ein Salzfilm auf dem Geschirr zurück (verschiedene Tabs, Klarspüler nachfüllen, Salz nachfüllen, verschiedene Programme konnten das Problem leider auch nicht beheben). Wir haben dann per Hand nachgespült.

WLAN und ein Regal /kleiner Schrank im Bad unters Waschbecken für die Utensilien die man mitbringt wäre gut.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ein Lob auch an das Reinigungspersonal es war sehr sauber.

Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Haus, die Parkplatzregelung müsste nur klarer gemacht werden, da die Nachbarn mit zwei Autos dort standen und ich dann nicht mehr auf meinen kam.

Die Füllung der Kopfkissen ist schon sehr verknuddelt so dass man auf einem Klumpen liegen musste. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden, die Nähe zum Strand und zu der Promenade sind super.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet: bequeme Betten, gute Sitzmöbel im Wohnbereich, komplette Kücheneinrichtung, Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern, Gebrauchsanweisungen für elektronische Geräte.

Das abgeschlossene Grundstück mit Zaun und Tor ist sehr angenehm.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Eine Anregung für den Vermieter: Die Wände könnten mal neu gestrichen und die Fenster und Türen neu justiert werden.
