A beautifully decorated and cozy double holiday home with approx. 85 m² awaits you.

On the ground floor there is the spacious, bright living-dining area with the open fitted kitchen.

From the living room with fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD and hi-fi system you have direct access to the terrace.

There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.

The living-dining area and the bathroom on the upper floor are equipped with underfloor heating.

On the upper floor you will find a bathroom with shower/toilet, two bedrooms each with a single bed (one with a second TV) and one bedroom with a double bed.

In the converted attic, cozy under sloping ceilings, there are two more single beds.

A travel cot and a high chair are available for our little guests.

WiFi is available free of charge.

There are 2 parking spaces at the house.

Non Smoking!!! No pets!!!

Alle Häuser sind gemütlich und vollständig eingerichtet, zu jedem Haus ist ein PKW-Stellplatz vorhanden. Unser 2. Besuch im Haus Sanddorn war wieder sehr gut. Danke! Einzig: Bereits letztes Jahr haben wir die Duschtüre reklamiert. Leider ist nichts passiert. Wenn man nicht ganz genau aufpasst, flutet man das Bad beim Duschen. Das ist vor allem bei den Kindern immer der Fall. Wir haben als Notlösung immer etwas unten in die Tür geklemmt, dass sie etwas nach innen steht, damit kein Wasser ins Bad läuft. Das würde ich dringend reparieren, auch um Schäden and er Wohnung zu vermeiden.

Ansonsten kommen wir wahrscheinlich wieder! Danke!
