This semi-detached house has a spacious, bright living room on the ground floor with a separate dining area, fireplace and modern fitted kitchen. From the high-quality and lovingly furnished living room you have direct access to the terrace with garden furniture for cozy sunny days.

There is also a toilet on the ground floor.

On the upper floor you will find a bathroom with shower/toilet/washing machine, two bedrooms each with a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a second TV for a total of 4 people.

2 additional people can sleep in 2 single beds under sloping ceilings in the cozy attic.

There is a free internet connection available for you!

A travel cot and a high chair are available for our little guests.

There is a parking space at the house.

It is approx. 70m to the beach.

Smoking is not permitted in this house.

Pets are welcome!

Wir fühlen uns auf Poel und im Haus Neptun immer sehr wohl! Deshalb kommen wir auch regelmäßig wieder. Die Eichenmöbel könnten aber mittlerweile mal etwas Öl vertragen und die Bezüge vom Sofa kommen auch langsam an ihr Ende. Ansonsten alles weiterhin wunderbar!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Haus Neptun und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist schön, dass auch Bücher und Spiele dort sind. Zwei Kleinigkeiten würde ich optimieren: der Kühlschrank ist vermutlich nicht vollständig, man kann zB. keine Flaschen in die Tür stellen und es gibt kein scharfes Messer für Gemüse. Ansonsten hatten wir wirklich eine tolle Zeit.

Toll, das unser Sohn(Erwachsen) aus dem Bad so schnell gerettet werden konnte. Der Techniker war super. Und ein Schloss kann ja mal kaputt gehen. Kritik, auf sehr hohem Niveau gemeckert, wir haben eine Thermoskanne vermisst. Alles in allem eine tolles Ferienhaus mit super Ausstattung

Es gibt einfach nichts zu meckern an der Unterkunft. Es ist Alles da.Man könnte sogar backen.Wir haben noch nie so viel Geschirr und Besteck gehabt.Schöne große Sitzecke, 4 Schlafzimmer, Küche mit allen Geräten.Waschmaschine und gutes Welan.

Haus war wirklich schön.

Kritik wäre das oben Polster und Sonnenschirm doppelt gelagert waren.

Und das wir am schwarzen busch einen Strafzettel bekommen haben, ja wir waren 20 Minuten über der Zeit, aber mit 4 Kindern vom Strand zum Parkplatz dauert leider länger.

Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber (einzig die Fenster könnten eine Reinigung vertragen). Die Ausstattung der Küche war besser wie erwartet. Es war alles mehr als ausreichend vorhanden.

Auch die Lage ist super. In einer Spielstraße und nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt.

Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht: ausreichend Schlafzimmer für 6 Personen, eine fantastisch eingerichtete und ausgestattete Küche, ein Kinderzimmer, welches mit vielen Spielen ausgestattet ist, Fußbodenheizung im Bad, ...

Es liegt herrlich nah zur Ostsee!

Einziges Minimanko sind zu wenig Hängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher im Bad und zusätzliche Haken z.B. für Jacken in den einzelnen Schlafzimmern!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Sehr schönes Haus in perfekter Lage. Leider ist durch die offene Gestaltung die Beheizung des unteren Wohnbereichs schwierig. Es gibt zwar einen Kamin, der auch echt gut heizt, allerdings muss man hier selber für Brennholz sorgen.

Ansonsten ist es ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus.

wir können nur loben:

sehr schön für uns, wir bekamen die Schlüssel von den sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen im Büro bereits etwas eher...

Lage und Räume entsprechen der Beschreibung, bei der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts (im Bad ist auch ein Fön); unser Enkel hat sich sofort in "seinem" Zimmer wohlgefühlt - Spiele für große und kleine Kinder sind in üppiger Auswahl vorhanden, im Wohnbereich auch Bücher... die Kinderzimmer haben Steckdosensicherungen und ein Nachtlicht für die Ängstlichen ist auch da...

den Kamin und den Grill haben wir nicht benutzt...

mir persönlich (ich als Frau) gefiel besonders, dass die Dekoration in allen Zimmern aufeinander abgestimmt war, beginnend von Gardinen bis zur Deckenlampe, und passende kleine maritime Wanddekorationen...

entgegen der Beschreibung, waren für den Urlaubsbeginn ein paar Geschirrspüler Tabs, Aufwaschtuch und Toilettenpapier vorhanden, dankeschön...

nachfolgende Punkte kann der PAS nicht beeinflussen jedoch finden wir es erwähnenswert:

der Weg zum Strand führt über den verkehrsberuhigten Bereich und ist fußläufig erreichbar... der Strand ist sehr sauber und es stehen genügend Strandkörbe zur Verfügung (in der Nebensaison, keine Ahnung wie es zur HS ist) - gleich für den gesamten Aufenthalt gemietet, spart man etwas und man kann bei entsprechender Wetterlage einen unvergleichlich schönen Sonnenuntergang beobachten... der Strand wird täglich bereinigt (also für Familien mit kleineren Kindern: Strandburgen nicht direkt vorm Strandkorb bauen...)

Toiletten gibt es am Strandaufgang...

es gibt mehrere gemütliche Restaurants und einen Imbiss der Speisen auch zum Mitnehmen anbietet...

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto erreichbar...

es gibt 2 schöne Spielplätze, ein Piratenschiff am Hafen und 1 Spielplatz zwischen Strand und Zeltplatz...

Das Haus ist toll und üppig ausgestattet. Es hat alles funktioniert, die Heizung war herrlich warm und der Kamin sorgt für Gemütlichkeit. Schade ist, dass es kein WLAN gibt und dass das Haus mobile Daten blockt. Vom Internet waren wir weitestgehend abgeschnitten, was in einem Winterurlaub besonders nervig ist.

Freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen im Büro PAS. Unterkunft war bei Anreise auch schon früher fertig. Ein Lob an die Mitarbeiterinnen. In der Unterkunft selbst fehlt es an Nichts. Die Tereasse könnte gepflegter sein und ein Sichtschutz zum Nachbarn würde alles komplett gestalten. Sonst alles i.O. Ostsee und Insel Poel sind immer gut.

Danke für die freundliche und unkomplizierte An-/Abmeldung bei der PAS-Verwaltung; auch eine notwendige Reparatur (Toilettenspülung Gäste-WC) wurde rasch und kompetent ausgeführt. Für zukünftige Nutzer wäre der Hinweis wichtig, dass Geschirr- und persönliche Handtücher mitzubringen sind bzw. gegen Aufpreis extra angefordert werden müssen. Herzliche Grüße, B. Disselhoff

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - auch mit sechs Personen ist das Haus angenehm zu bewohnen. Toll waren die guten Matrazen, die detailreiche, gut durchdachte und individuelle Ausstattung (besonders in der Küche!), der Kaminofen. Die Lage ist top, ein Haus, in dem man sich sofort zuhause fühlt.

Einziges kleines bzw. mittleres Manko in der ansonsten super ausgestatteten Küche ist die unterirdische Qualität der Schneidemesser. Das Brotmesser ist gar nicht zu gebrauchen, die anderen Schneidemesser - naja. Hier ist im Vorteil, wer sich zuverlässige Messer mitbringt.
