The pretty house with around 85m² has a spacious, high-quality living room on the tiled ground floor with a separate dining area and a modern, open fitted kitchen.

Look forward to cozy hours in front of the fireplace or on the ground-level garden terrace.

The house is complete with electricity except for the loft. Equipped with roller shutters.

There is a guest toilet on the ground floor. On the upper floor you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with a single bed and the bathroom.

In the top floor there is another cozy bedroom under slants with 2 single beds.

A travel cot and a high chair as well as books and beach toys are available for our little guests.

There is a parking space at the house.

It is approx. 70m to the beach.

Smoking is prohibited in this house.

Pets are welcome!!!

Alle Häuser sind gemütlich und vollständig eingerichtet, zu jedem Haus ist ein PKW-Stellplatz vorhanden. Auf den schönen und großzügigen Terrassen können Sie die Sonne genießen und die Möwen kreischen hören.

Handtücher in der Unterkunft ohne Aufpreis wären schön gewesen. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Toll, dass unsere beiden Hunde auch mitkommen konnten. Die Lage des Hauses ist super.

Da die Unterkunft über kein WLAN verfügt und der Empfang in Timmendorf Strand sehr schlecht ist, war es nicht möglich die Gästeapp in der Unterkunft zu öffnen.

Außerdem war es manchmal schwierig sich auf den Parkplatz zu „schlängeln“, da im Nachbarhaus auf dem angegebenen einen Parkplatz 2 Fahrzeuge standen.

Dennoch hatten wir wieder einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Haus Vieneta, schön, aber in einigen Bereichen mittlerweile doch "in die Jahre gekommen".

Die Spülmaschinentabshalterung ist entweder immer noch oder schon wieder defekt. Das Duschregal rostet munter weiter vor sich hin und das Bestecksortiment ist austauschwürdig. WLAN gibt es auch nicht, ein großer Minuspunkt wenn man die schlechte Mobilfunkabdeckung im Bereich des Ferienhauses bedenkt. Die Kopfkissen sollten vielleicht auch einmal ausgetauscht werden, aber da gab es ja zusätzliche im Schrank. Alles in allem sind wir gern dort, aber speziell das fehlende WLAN hat uns verärgert.

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt direkt an der Promenade ( Fluch und Segen)Kurze Wege überall hin aber Abend sSs nicht unbedinhrergt ruhig, eben Promenade. Der Strand wirkt an schönen Tagen etwas klein. Schön ist das immer gut erreichbare Strandkörbe für ältere und behinderte reserviert waren. Jeder weiß das Poel ich groß ist aber gut ausgebaut für Farradfahrer

Ein kaputtes Weinglas stand im Wohnzimmerschrank (Verletzungsgefahr)!

Der Pürierstab im Küchenschrank war defekt (lebensgefährlich).

Es fehlen Geschirrteile für 7 Personen (es wird für 7 Personen bezahlt).

Der Kontakt mit den PAS Mitarbeiterinnen im Schwarzen Busch war sehr nett und erfrischend. Vielen Dank.
