This semi-detached house with approximately 60m² is in close proximity to the sea. The modern semi-detached house welcomes you with 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. On the ground floor, there is a beautifully furnished living room with an integrated kitchen equipped with all comforts. Get cozy by the wood-burning stove. Additionally, for entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV with DVD-Blu-Ray player and a radio available. From the living room, you can access the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with toilet, hairdryer, underfloor heating, and bathtub. For warming moments, there is also an infrared heat cabin. A children's travel cot, a high chair, and a beach wagon are provided free of charge for our little guests. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for you. There is one parking space at the house. No smoking, pets welcome.

Meine Tochter und ich haben uns mit unseren beiden Hunden im Haus Friederike sehr wohl gefühlt.

Was wir bei der Ausstattung vermissten, waren eine Teekanne und eine Thermoskanne für den Kaffee. Ansonsten war alles da.

Hinweis: Die Kaffeemaschine müsste mal entkalkt oder ersetzt werden. Es dauert eeeeeewig bis der Kaffee mal durch ist.

In der Dusche bilden sich erste schwarze Flecken. Die sollten rechtzeitig entfernt werden.

Kleine Anmerkung zur Mikrowelle.

Die Taste zum Öffnen und Schließen der Tür, war recht hakelig als ob sie in naher Zukunft defekt werden könnte.

Leider waren sehr viele Spinnfäden und Nester von Spinnen an den Fensterscheiben mit dementsprechender Verschmutzung. Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage mit einem schönen Ausblick auf die Ostsee. Die Küche ist mit notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Ein schöner großer Esstisch mit bequemen Stühlen lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Super Abwicklung der Buchung und Organisation. Die Ausstattung der Küche sollte mal gesichtet und aufgestockt/erneuert werden. Es fehlten Rollos in Küche und oberem Bad. Da am Haus viele Leute vorbei gehen, trübte dies den Wohlfühlfaktor.

Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen!

Unangenehm ist leider die sehr laute Lüftung im Bad.

Fast kein WLAN vorhanden und leider kein Kaminholz inclusive.

Ansonsten ist in der Abgeschiedenheit in Meernähe alles da, was es zum individuellen Erholen braucht.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

…Sauberkeit leider nur drei Sternchen , weil es noch einige Sammlungen schwarzer Haare im unteren Bad sowohl auf dem Boden als auch am Wc Rand gab und mein Hund ein fremdes Leckerli im Wohnbereich gefunden hat … der Rest war - wie immer mit PAS - super ! Insbesondere der Buchungsvorgangs war so einfach, sehr schnell und die zeitgemäße Bezahlung mit ApplePay / Kreditkarte war für mich schon ein Highlight vor Anreise.

Gewünscht hätte ich mir lediglich , dass auch andere Zusatzleistungen wie zB Kaminholz direkt beim Buchen hinzugefügt werden können und das separate Formular entfällt.

Danke und ganz bestimmt bis bald mal wieder auf Poel !!!

Sehr schönes Haus. Nah am Strand gelegen. Man hört das Meer rauschen. Bei den Vorhersagen im Katalog bin ich immer etwas vorsichtig, aber es stimmte alles. Ein bisschen Probleme gab es bei den Toiletten. Die sind verdammt tief angebracht. Jedenfalls bekommt man warme Ohren

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit perfekter Lage zum Strand. Das einzige Minus ist das WLAN. Damit sollte man nicht werben. Es hat kaum gereicht, um WhatsApp Nachrichten zu verschicken - ohne Bilder. Internetseiten haben sich gar nicht erst aufgebaut.

Moin, die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und flexibel. Und ein großes Plus des PAS. Sie kümmern sich schnell und kompetent um alle Probleme rund um das Ferienhaus. Insbesondere auch in den Wirren der Pandemiezeit. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind zweckmäßig und zum Teil luxuriös eingerichtet. Das gilt insbesondere für die Infrarotsauna und die Fernsehanlage. Vom Balkon kann man auf die Ostsee gucken und wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge miterleben. Auch die Nahe zum Strand ist ein großes Plus für das Haus. Das W-LAN im Haus funktioniert so gut wie überhaupt nicht. Wer also im Urlaub auf W-lan angewiesen ist, sollte genug LTE Guthaben haben. Insgesamt hat es uns trotzdem sehr gefallen, so das wir beabsichtigen im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen.
