The modern semi-detached house welcomes you with 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. On the ground floor, there is a beautifully furnished living room with an integrated kitchen equipped with all comforts. Get cozy by the wood-burning stove. Additionally, for entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV with DVD-Blu-Ray player and a radio available. From the living room, you can access the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with toilet, hairdryer, underfloor heating, and bathtub. For warming moments, there is also an infrared heat cabin. A children's travel cot, a high chair, and a beach wagon are provided free of charge for our little guests. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for you. There is one parking space at the house. Welcome to your vacation! No smoking and no pets allowed.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die mangelhafte Mülltrennung. Dies war in unserer vorherigen Ferienwohnung auf dem Darß viel besser geregelt. Hier musste man nicht sonst wohin fahren um Papier und Flaschen zu entsorgen.

Wir hatten erholsame Tage.Der Weg ans Meer war kurz. Die Mülltrennung war für dieses Objekt nicht ersichtlich.

Das Doppelbett(scheint das Lattenrost angebrochen) und der Wasserhahn von der Küchenspüle( tropft und ließ sich schwer bewegen) waren nicht ganz in Ordnung.

Im Ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden, Danke!

Haus war vor uns länger nicht bewohnt. Waren froh über warme Kleidung und Decken im Wohnzimmer. Nach einem Tag war die Raumtemperatur ok. Große Pfanne in der Küche sollte ersetzt werden (Beschichtung stark beschädigt). Ansonsten alles prima. Auch die Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen ist toll.

Wir haben uns auch dieses Mal wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft ist immer perfekt. Vielleicht können Sie den Eigentümer des Hauses davon überzeugen, dass er mal wieder die Ausstattung an Weingläsern überarbeitet. 1 Weinglas für 2 bzw. 4 Personen ist etwas wenig.

sehr schöne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit Kamin und reichliche Ausstattung auch an Geschirr. Schön auch mal nicht mit maritimen Ambiente/Schnickschnack erschlagen zu werden. Leider knarren die Betten, die Beleuchtung im Wohnbereich ist sehr hell und lässt sich leider nicht dimmen. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten die sicher nicht jeden stören. Die tolle Aussicht und kurzen Wege zum Strand sind unschlagbar. Wir planen schon die nächste Auszeit.
