The living room is modern and cozy, equipped with satellite TV, an open fitted kitchen, a lovely dining area, and a comfortable sofa bed. A wood-burning stove ensures cozy evenings. The open fitted kitchen provides everything you need for your vacation: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs are the bedrooms, one with a double bed, a large balcony with sea view, and a bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a bathroom with shower/toilet. We provide a children's travel cot and high chair free of charge. On the newly landscaped property, garden furniture, a beach chair, and a grill on the terrace by the house are available for you. A parking space and bicycle storage are available. Free Wi-Fi is provided. The beach is only 15m away. No smoking!!! Pets not allowed!!

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Geschirr. Gläser etc. in ausreichender Menge vorhanden.

Wir haben den Kamin jeden Abend genutzt, es war sehr gemütlich. Die Möglichkeit, ein Starterpaket, Kaminholz usw. vorab zu buchen fanden wir sehr positiv. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch werden wir auch die Sauna nutzen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das "Haus hinter den Dünen" hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Perfekt wäre es für uns gewesen, wenn eine regensichere Fahrradunterbringung möglich wäre. Außerdem war für uns die Couchgarnitur sehr unbequem, weil schon sehr durchgesessen... Für rückenempfindliche Personen, wie meine Frau, wäre das Vorhandensein eines Toppers von Vorteil, da die Matrazen im Doppelbett einen hohen Härtegrad aufweisen. Für Gäste in der wärmeren Jahreszeit sind die angerosteten Sitzmöbel für den Außenbereich wenig einladend....

Trotz alledem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wie Sie in Ihren Unterlagen sehen können, haben wir für nächstes Jahr 3 Wochen im "Haus hinter den Dünen" gebucht (02.03.-23.03.). Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir auch im nächsten Jahr wieder 2 Haustürschlüssel haben könnten.

Vielen Dank auch für den sehr gut organisierten und perfekten Buchungsvorgang (Mailversand usw.) wie auch den gut durchdachten Schlüsselempfang außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten mittels Anreisebriefkasten usw.

Es war alles zu unserer vollsten

Zufriedenheit. Ein sehr gemütliches ansprechendes Ferienhaus in einer super Lage direkt am Meer.

Ein Papierkorb im Bad wäre schön und ein Gefäß für Plastikmüll und Altpapier wäre gut.

Alles fing gut an. Dann kam der erste Schock. Wir hatten, nachdem wir an der Haustür das Außenlicht eingeschaltet haben, keinen Strom mehr im EG. Leider war über das Nottelefon keiner erreichbar. Daher durchsuchten wir im dunkeln das Haus und fanden dann in einer versteckten Ecke den Stromkasten. Nachdem die Sicherung wieder eingeschaltet war, passierte das ganze nochmal, insgesamt 3 Mal. Das sollte evtuell mal überprüft werden.

Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren gestern sehr traurig als wir zur Heinreise aufgebrochen sind. Der nächste Urlaub kommt bestimmt. Wünschen Ihnen alles Gute!!

Ein Traumhaus!

Ruhig gelegen, nur ein Katzensprung vom Strand/Meer entfernt, toller Meerblick vom Balkon. Gute Betten und schöne Einrichtung. Außensitzmöglichkeiten zu jeder Himmelsrichtung. Herrliche Natur und tolle Spazierwege in die Umgebung! Auch das Team von PAS POEL ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit! Danke vielmals dafür! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne bald wieder!!

Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau wäre, dass kein Staubsauger (aber Besen und Kehrblech) und Kosmetikeimer vorhanden waren sowie die Esszimmerstühle von der Optik her schon bessere Tage gesehen haben. Aber wie gesagt, das sind normale Kleinigkeiten, die den tollen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in keinster Weise trüben sollten und konnten!!!
