The "Leuchtfeuer" apartment is a beautiful holiday home directly on the beach of Schwarzer Busch. It is located on the ground floor and is accessible without stairs. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is also suitable for pets. It has a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed (width 1.60m) in the living room for two more people. With a size of 48 m², the apartment offers enough space for a pleasant stay. A terrace with garden furniture allows you to enjoy cozy summer evenings. The owner provides a high chair and a travel cot free of charge. We are sure that you will enjoy your stay in the Leuchtfeuer apartment. Non-smoking!!! Pets welcome!!!

Die Wohnungen sind alle sehr individuell geschnittene und liebevoll von den Eigentümern eingerichtet. Von der exklusiven 1-Zimmerwohnung bis zur geräumigen 3-Zimmer Dachgeschosswohnung finden Sie hier alles, was Ihr Herz begehrt. Alle Wohnungen verfügen über mindestens einen schönen großen Balkon mit Süd-Ausrichtung und zum Teil seitlichen Meerblick.

Selbstverständlich verfügen alle Wohnungen über komplett ausgestattete Einbauküchen, Bügelbrett/Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer, Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl sowie Balkon/Terrassenmöbel, TV, Radio und CD-Spieler.

Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner (Münzbetrieb) stehen im Keller des Hauses für Sie bereit.

Ein Parkplatz zu jedem Objekt (eng geschnitten) befindet sich hinter dem Haus.

Wir sind seit über 30 Jahren Urlauber auf der Insel Poel. Wir haben uns mit unseren beiden Hunden sehr wohl in der Ferienwohnung "Leuchtfeuer" gefühlt. Wir werden die Wohnung ganz bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal gebucht haben. Die kleine Terrasse konnten wir gemeinsam mit Vierbeinern zum Frühstück gut nutzen. Für uns hat alles gepasst.

Volle 5 Sterne für alles....war wieder so schön und alles Perfekt...gerne, gerne wieder..trotz Handicap meines Mannes, alles super geklappt...Dank an das gesamte Team....kleine Anmerkung nebenbei...bisschen problematisch war der Weg zum Strand mit Rollator, vielleicht könnte man da mal einen Streifen befestigen, sicher auch besser für Rollstuhlfahrer und Kinderwagen....ansonsten rundum zufrieden...selbst einige Strandzugänge waren barrierefrei gestaltet, finde ich super...nochmals vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub

Wir waren nun zum 3x in der Wohnung, da uns die Lage und auch der Zuschnitt der Wohnung gut gefällt. Seit 3 Jahren wird uns erzählt wlan kommt… nur wann??? In der heutigen Zeit sollte wlan selbstverständlich sein, zumal es im Haus ja andere Objekte mit Internet gibt. Das ist für uns ein großes Manko und der Eigentümer sollte sich mal ernsthaft Gedanken dazu machen. Schließlich zahlt man ja auch einen ordentlichen Preis.

Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Haben die Tage sehr genossen und kommen gerne wie jedes Jahr wieder.

Wir waren das erste mal im Leuchtfeuer.

Zur Kritik : gebucht haben wir über Holidu, dort wurde uns angezeigt , dass wir Internet (Wlan) haben. Dies war aber nicht der Fall.

Somit konnte mein Mann sein Homeoffice nicht durchführen.

Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Der Parkplatz war perfekt. Die Möglichkeit, am Morgen um die Ecke die Brötchen zu holen, ist super.

Das man überall Internetempfang hat, nur in der Ferienwohnung gar nichts möglich ist, ist absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Da sollte mal etwas Geld in die Hand genommen werden um WLAN zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Da laufend die Preise erhöht werden, sollte das zusätzliche Geld für solche Investitionen genutzt werden.

Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub - die Insel hat Spass gemacht in jeder Hinsicht - wir wollten URSPRÜNGLICHKEIT - die haben wir bekommen. Unser Lieblingsfleck - Am Schwarzen Busch - keine Frage. Alles gut so wie es war. Wiederkommen ist selbstverständlich. Eine einzige kleine "KRITIK" - sehr sehr langsames Internet insgesamt - und kein WLAN / Wifi in der Residenz. Alles andere darf gerne genauso bleiben.

Wie auch letztes Jahr haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung genossen.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt, es gibt immer noch kein WLAN, obwohl letztes Jahr schon angekündigt. Daher einen Stern Abzug bei der Ausstattung.

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung durch das PAS-Personal, ebenso gute Wünsche bei der Abreise!

Die Ferienwohnung war für 2 Personen optimal, auch der kleine Garten, in dem man abends noch wunderbar relaxen konnte.

Anregung: Wünschenswert wäre etwas Fliegenschutz, besonders an der Terrassentür. Man mußte ständig auf Fliegenjagd sein, das war schade!

Lob : Freundliches Team, Einkauf mit allen Notwendigem direkt im Haus, Hundestrand - alles bestens.

Keine Kritik, aber ein Tipp: Die Gäste der anderen Ferienwohnungen darauf hinweisen, dass sie nicht rückwärts mit dem Auto vor der Terrasse des "Leuchtfeuers" einparken.

Es fehlt an einigen Dingen, z.B. Brotkorb, Wanduhr, Bügelbrett.

Die Spülmaschine ist veraltet und teilweise angerostet.

Die Dusche leckt an den Türen, wahrscheinlich das Dichtungsgummi defekt.

Wir waren schon öfter in FW vom PAS, aber das war mit Abstand die schlechteste von allen! Ich komme viel rum und kenne mich auch bei Bewertungen aus, aber die 4,5 Sterne hat sie nie und nimmer verdient.

Auch im Außenbereich wurde nicht viel getan, wir mussten die Dornenhecke selbst abschneiden, damit man am Tisch sitzen konnte. Die Abdeckung vom Strandkorb darf man nicht anpacken, so porös ist die.

Wir waren enttäuscht, was wir auch auf der Bewertungsseite so vermerken werden.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden diese Ferienwohnung wieder buchen ( zentral gelegen, sehr kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Brötchenholen).

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. Einen Punkt weniger gibt es, weil uns eine Ablage im Bad in angenehmer Höhe gefehlt hat. Wir sind ja schon etwas älter und da fällt es schwer die täglichen Utensilien auf dem kleinen Wagen unter dem Waschbecken abzustellen und vor allem täglich danach zu greifen. Ohne Brille beim Waschen haben wir da schon das eine oder andere umgeworfen. Auf der rechten Seite wäre sicher ein Plätzchen für eine Ablage zu finden. Vielleicht können Sie das ja an den Eigentümer mal weitergeben. Wir würden uns bei einem nächsten Besuch sehr darüber freuen.

Für uns ist es eher ungewöhnlich, dass es im Parterre keine Rolläden gibt. Da das Schlafzimmerfenster direkt neben der Hauseingangstür liegt und so zum einen das Licht sehr stark ins Zimmer fällt und zum andern wir uns auch nicht getraut haben das Fenster nachts aufzulassen, war das sehr ungewohnt für uns. Vielleicht kann da die Verdunklungsmöglichkeit noch etwas verbessert werden.

Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass das ganze Mobilar aus einer Serie war, eine wunderbar stimmige Einrichtung hat man in Ferienwohnungen eher selten. Und es gab reichlich Platz Kleidung und alles was man so braucht zu verstauen. Die kleine eingewachsene Terrasse ist wunderbar!

Die Heizung und das warme Wasser, die ab Freitag früh leider nicht funktionierten, wurden am Samstag repariert. Das war in Ordnung.

Das WLAN hat uns gefehlt, aber die Kabel auf der Insel lassen ja hoffen.

Alles in allem würden wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
