The "Sommerwind" apartment is a beautiful holiday home for up to 4 people. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a living space of 66m². Located directly on the beach of Schwarzer Busch, you can enjoy the fresh sea air here. The apartment has a cozy bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. A cot and a high chair are provided free of charge by the owner. The south-facing balcony does not offer a sea view, but still provides a beautiful view. Free Wi-Fi connection is also available. Please note that pets are not allowed and the apartment is a non-smoking domicile.

The facility

Direkt am Schwarzen Busch gelegen. Die Wohnungen sind alle sehr individuell geschnitten und liebevoll von den Eigentümern eingerichtet.

Alle Wohnungen verfügen über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Balkone oder Terrassen.

Selbstverständlich verfügen alle Wohnungen über komplett ausgestattete Einbauküchen, Wäscheständer, Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl sowie Balkon/Terrassenmöbel, TV, Radio und CD-Player.

Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner (Münzbetrieb) stehen im Keller des Hauses für Sie bereit.

Ein Parkplatz zu jedem Objekt (eng geschnitten) befindet sich am Haus.

Bis zum Strand sind es nur 50 Meter!

Nebenan befindet sich ein kleiner Kiosk, in dem Sie jeden Tag frische Brötchen sowie Zeitungen und vieles mehr erwerben können.

Eine schöne und geräumige Wohnung mit einer sehr guten Küchenausstattung. Ein ordentlicher Balkontisch an dem man auch gut essen kann wäre sehr schön. Den kleinen Tisch mussten wir immer durch die Wohnung auf den jeweiligen Balkon tragen. Die Sonnenschirme und Halterungen sind in die Jahre gekommen und eine Insektenschutztür am großen Balkon wäre auch ein großer Pluspunkt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem kleinen Mangel im Wohnzimmer! Das Sofa ist schon sehr durchgesessen und könnte einmal erneuert werden! Die 2 Balkone sind perfekt um morgens und abends noch einmal Sonne zu tanken. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist perfekt! Die Lage der Wohnanlage ist perfekt direkt an der Ostsee. Einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte ich zudem noch, 2 verstellbare Balkonstühle würden den Komfort noch einmal verbessern!

was uns gut / sehr gut aufgefallen ist und uns gefällt:

- das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich

- die Suche auf dem Internetportal ist sehr ansprechend; alle Objekte sind übersichtlich dargegstellt; es existieren genügend Bilder, dass man sich einen Eindruck vom Objekt machen kann; die Suche nach Objekten ist umfangreich

- die Objekte sind von beliebigen Wochentagen an buchbar: dadurch entfällt der Samtags-Anreise-Stau

- im Vertag steht, welche Kosten enthalten und welche nicht enthalten sind: dadurch kann man gut planen

- was uns immer gut gefällt, wenn die Heizkosten, sowie Kosten für Wasser enthalten sind, dann erleben wir keine Überraschungen

- alle Zahlungen werden separat bestätigt

was wir ändern würden, wenn das Objekt Sommerwind uns gehören würde:

- ein anderes Sofa anschaffen, weil es durchgesessen ist und wir nach max 1 Stunde Rückenschmerzen bekommen haben

- Fliegengitter, die auch Fliegen abhalten, auch vor den Balkontüren

Die Abwicklung der Buchung hat super geklappt, ich habe rechtzeitig alle wichtigen Infos bekommen.

Besonders toll fand ich an der Ausstattung der Wohnung, dass es ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und reichlich Kochutensilien gab, das war ich von Ferienwohungen bisher nicht gewöhnt.

Auch dank der schönen Unterkünfte,können wir unseren Urlaub so genießen.

Die Unterkünfte bei Ihnen sind immer sehr sehr sauber und die Wohnungen sind bestens ausgestattet, so muss nicht von zuhause mitgebracht werden.

Solch ein Glück hat man leider nicht überall auf der Insel.

Mir dem Poeler Appartement Service sind wird mehr als zufrieden.

Alle Mitarbeiter/innen sind immer sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
