The "Sommertraum" apartment is the perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation. It is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with a size of 71m². The living room is comfortably furnished and has a fireplace as well as access to two south-west balconies where you can enjoy the sun. The two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, and a cot and high chair are provided by the owner. Free Wi-Fi access is available for entertainment and communication. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and it is a non-smoking apartment.

The facility

Direkt am Schwarzen Busch gelegen. Die Wohnungen sind alle sehr individuell geschnitten und liebevoll von den Eigentümern eingerichtet.

Alle Wohnungen verfügen über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Balkone oder Terrassen.

Selbstverständlich verfügen alle Wohnungen über komplett ausgestattete Einbauküchen, Wäscheständer, Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl sowie Balkon/Terrassenmöbel, TV, Radio und CD-Player.

Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner (Münzbetrieb) stehen im Keller des Hauses für Sie bereit.

Ein Parkplatz zu jedem Objekt (eng geschnitten) befindet sich am Haus.

Bis zum Strand sind es nur 50 Meter!

Nebenan befindet sich ein kleiner Kiosk, in dem Sie jeden Tag frische Brötchen sowie Zeitungen und vieles mehr erwerben können.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Leider war der Belag der Bratpfanne total kaputt. Wir haben uns eine neue Pfanne gekauft. Die Matratzenbezüge hatten gelbe Flecken und zum Teil auch die Zudecken. Das ist hier leider überall so.

Wir möchten großes Lob aussprechen, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung „ Sommertraum“. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hübsch eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Auch war die Wohnung sehr sauber.

Als Kritikpunkt sehen wir nur das Parkplatzproblem. Dieses betrifft nicht nur uns, sondern viele andere Urlauber bemängelten die zu kleinen Parkplätze. Wir hatten hierbei sehr viel Glück, da uns von der Ferienhausvermittlung ein anderer Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Herzlichen Dank nochmals dafür. Als Idee: Vielleicht nicht die Parkplätze nach Wohnungsname vergeben, sondern nach Größe des Autos. So könnte einigen Urlaubern die mit größeren Fahrzeugen, zB. Bulli etc. Entgegen gekommen werden.

Trotz dessen hatten wir eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche und sagen DANKESCHÖN mit 5 Sternen.

Es wäre schön wenn Geschirrhandtücher und 1 Küchenpapierrolle vorhanden wären, ansonsten ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Ich komme jetzt schon einige Jahre zu euch nach Poel und Fühle mich jedesmal rundum wohl bei euch.
