The ground-level, beachside "Silbermöwe" apartment was completely renovated in early 2023 and offers space for families on an area of 73m². In the living room, there is a fireplace and two south-east terraces with a beach chair. There are two bedrooms with double beds (180x200) as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available to you, and if you are traveling with children, we will be happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. Small dogs are also welcome, but the apartment is non-smoking. Family-friendly, wheelchair accessible!

The facility

Direkt am Schwarzen Busch gelegen. Die Wohnungen sind alle sehr individuell geschnitten und liebevoll von den Eigentümern eingerichtet.

Alle Wohnungen verfügen über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Balkone oder Terrassen.

Selbstverständlich verfügen alle Wohnungen über komplett ausgestattete Einbauküchen, Wäscheständer, Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl sowie Balkon/Terrassenmöbel, TV, Radio und CD-Player.

Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner (Münzbetrieb) stehen im Keller des Hauses für Sie bereit.

Ein Parkplatz zu jedem Objekt (eng geschnitten) befindet sich am Haus.

Bis zum Strand sind es nur 50 Meter!

Nebenan befindet sich ein kleiner Kiosk, in dem Sie jeden Tag frische Brötchen sowie Zeitungen und vieles mehr erwerben können.

Durch unser großes Auto, war es sehr schwierig auf unseren Parkplatz zu kommen. Auf Nachfrage war die Flexibilität, uns für drei Tage einen anderen Parkplatz zu zuweisen trotz diverser freier Parkplätze, nicht möglich. Die Plätze waren auch bei der Abreise noch frei. Der Heizkörper im Flur funktionierte nicht. Der Kamin müsste dringend gereinigt werden (Feuer ging ständig aus). Eine kleine Ablage im Flur für Schlüssel usw. Wäre sehr schön.
