The "Wellenreiter" apartment is on the ground floor and is accessible without steps. It is located directly on the beach of Schwarzer Busch and offers space for 4 people on an area of 73 m². In the living room, there is a fireplace and two south-west terraces, one of which has a beach chair. There are two bedrooms with double beds (180x200 + 160x200) as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. If you are traveling with children, we will be happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. A Wi-Fi connection is available to you free of charge. Wheelchair accessible! Non-smoking apartment!!! Pets welcome!

The facility

Direkt am Schwarzen Busch gelegen. Die Wohnungen sind alle sehr individuell geschnitten und liebevoll von den Eigentümern eingerichtet.

Alle Wohnungen verfügen über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Balkone oder Terrassen.

Selbstverständlich verfügen alle Wohnungen über komplett ausgestattete Einbauküchen, Wäscheständer, Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl sowie Balkon/Terrassenmöbel, TV, Radio und CD-Player.

Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner (Münzbetrieb) stehen im Keller des Hauses für Sie bereit.

Ein Parkplatz zu jedem Objekt (eng geschnitten) befindet sich am Haus.

Bis zum Strand sind es nur 50 Meter!

Nebenan befindet sich ein kleiner Kiosk, in dem Sie jeden Tag frische Brötchen sowie Zeitungen und vieles mehr erwerben können.

Wir sind in das andere Schlafzimmer umgezogen weil, uns die Matratzen zu hart und und das Zimmer zum schlafen zu hell war. Im Wohnzimmer hätten wir uns ein zweites oder breiteres Sofa gewünscht.

( Hatte ich aber bei der Ausstattung nicht drauf geachtet.) Sonst war wieder alles perfekt.

Die Freundlichkeit am Telefon war leider nicht so gut. Vor Ort persönlich dafür umso besser.

Parkplatz mit SUV sehr eng. Ging aber aufgrund der geringen Belegung der anderen Wohnungen.

Leider war das kleinere Schlafzimmer mit Bettwäsche bezogen. Zum Glück passte das Laken auch aufs größere Bett, so konnten wir problemlos in der Wohnung umziehen

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und dekoriert. War echt super

Tolle,saubere Wohnung mit allem, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Einziger Kritikpunkt - die Toilettenbürste war zur Hälfte am Stiel abgebrochen. Es steckte also nur eine halbe Bürste im der Halterung. Funktional war natürlich trotzdem gegeben,aber so eine schnell zu änderne Kleinigkeit in der sonst so schönen Wohnung hat uns gewundert.

Eine Kleinigkeit...die Ablage in der Dusche ist nicht mehr ganz fest, da müsste etwas gemacht werden.

Super ist, dass die kompletten Fenster mit Fliegenschutz ausgestattet sind- in unserem Fall sehr wichtig! Der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz ist, hätten wir ihn nutzen müssen, wohl zu eng, um in der Bucht noch ein zweites Auto zu parken.

Sauberkeit 1A, Service super. Wir haben nicht zum ersten Mal bei Ihnen gebucht und es wird bestimmt nicht das Letzte Mal sein!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei ihnen gefühlt. Besonders haben mich die frischen Blumen auf dem Esstisch gefreut. Man fühlte sich gleich wie zu Hause.

Etwas Kritik: Die Küchengeräte sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten erneuert werden. Das öffnen der Schranke mit dem Hausschlüssel ist etwas mühselig, da man immer aus dem Auto steigen muss, was bei stark Regen nicht ideal ist. Da wären Parkkarten sinnvoller und praktisch.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top, gestört hat uns nur die Couch, diese ist sehr unbequem durch die schräge Sitzfläche. Der Parkplatz in der ganz hinteren Ecke ist leider sehr schlecht beleuchtet und das Einparken schwierig. Sehr schade ist auch, dass generell abends alles stockdunkel ist am Schwarzen Busch, so kann man keine Runde mehr laufen oder noch mal ans Wasser. Da sollte dringend was gemacht werden, da die Preise nicht gerade niedrig sind. Dickes Lob, dass man in diese tolle Wohnung mit zwei Hunden durfte, leider kaum noch möglich überall.

Lob: Man hat jederzeit einen sehr freundlichen Kontakt.... schnelle Rückmeldung bei Fragen usw..

Kritik: Keine wirkliche Kritik... aber in diesen Jahr war ich doch etwas erschrocken über den Zustand der Ferienwohnung (jede Menge Spinnen z. Bsp. & der Zustand von Besen&Co.).

Das Equipment ist sicherlich auch Sache des Eigentümers.

Grundsätzlich war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, den wir auch gern drinnen verbracht haben.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, bestens. Kleiner Kritik Punkt, die Betten könnten härter sein, aber das ist von Person zu Person anders, daher halb so schlimm.

Es war unser 3.Urlaub in diesem Objekt (der zweite in dieser Wohnung) ... und wird nicht der letzte sein!

Den 2. & 3. Urlaub haben wir telefonisch gebucht und die Mitarbeiterinnen waren & sind einfach nur nett und sehr hilfsbereit, es hat alles IMMER SUPER geklappt ... großes Lob !!!!

Ich hoffe, daß die schwarzen Sterne richtig gesetzt sind!

Wir haben unseren ersten Urlaub im Wellenreiter vom 17.10. bis 24.10.2009 verbracht- wir glauben, daß dies mehr als Worte aussagt........ und wir kommen am 21.03.2020 schon wieder---
