Welcome to the 1-room apartment "Ostseetraum" on the 1st floor, right on the beach of Schwarzen Busch. The apartment is 36m² and is ideal for 2 people. The living/bedroom is bright, friendly and furnished with a sofa bed with comfortable bed function (slat grid, Sensoform mattress) for two people, from here you have access to the south-west balcony. The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet.

A travel cot is provided by the owner. A highchair can be rented at PAS for a surcharge.

Pets are welcome! Non-smokers!

The facility

Die Wohnungen sind alle sehr individuell geschnittene und liebevoll von den Eigentümern eingerichtet. Von der exklusiven 1-Zimmerwohnung bis zur geräumigen 3-Zimmer Dachgeschosswohnung finden Sie hier alles, was Ihr Herz begehrt. Alle Wohnungen verfügen über mindestens einen schönen großen Balkon mit Süd-Ausrichtung und zum Teil seitlichen Meerblick.

Selbstverständlich verfügen alle Wohnungen über komplett ausgestattete Einbauküchen, Bügelbrett/Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer, Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl sowie Balkon/Terrassenmöbel, TV, Radio und CD-Spieler.

Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner (Münzbetrieb) stehen im Keller des Hauses für Sie bereit.

Ein Parkplatz zu jedem Objekt (eng geschnitten) befindet sich hinter dem Haus.

Nebenan befindet sich ein kleiner Kiosk, in dem Sie jeden Tag frische Brötchen sowie Zeitungen und vieles mehr erwerben können.

Ausgesprochen schönes Appartement, gut ausgestattet mit vollwertiger Küche und nicht zu kleinem Badezimmer.

Die Befürchtung, dass es durch die Lage direkt an der Straße über dem Kiosk zu laut werden könnte, erfüllte sich zum Glück nicht. Es war mal wieder sehr schön am schwarzen Busch!

Die FeWo war ausgesprochen sauber und (coronaentsprechend) tiptop hygienisch. Auch die Küchenausstattung war wirklich luxuriös! Sehr angenehm!

Nicht so super war leider der Stellplatz für mein Auto. Die Längsparkbuchten sind für mehrere Autos nebeneinander wesentlich zu klein. Da sind Parkschäden vorprogrammiert! Die Parkbuchten am Rand (Hecke) sind top. Leider nur immer nur immer ein Auto am Rand (z.B. für FeWo Leuchtfeuer).
