From the apartment "Meeresblick" you can not only see and hear the sea, you are also in a few steps directly on the beach of "Schwarzer Busch". It is 65m² large and can accommodate 4 people. This cozy and bright apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment house. Large window front in the living/dining room overlooking the sea, as well as direct access to two balconies (sea view + view into the countryside). One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

A children's travel cot is available free of charge. A highchair can be booked via PAS.

Pets are welcome! Non-smoking apartment!

The facility

Das wunderschöne Kurhaus von 1910 und der dazu passende Anbau wurden grundsaniert bzw. neu erstellt im Jahre 2002. Herrliche Appartements, einige mit Meerblick, die anderen mit Südausrichtung, laden zu entspannten Ferientagen ein. In einer Minute sind Sie zu Fuß am Strand, so dass einem Bad in der Ostsee noch vor dem Frühstück nichts im Wege steht.

Selbstverständlich verfügen alle Wohnungen über komplett ausgestattete Einbauküchen, Bügelbrett/Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer, Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl sowie Balkon/Terrassenmöbel, TV, Radio und CD-Spieler.

Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner (Münzbetrieb) stehen im Keller des Hauses für Sie bereit.

Ein Parkplatz zu jedem Objekt (eng geschnitten) befindet sich hinter dem Haus.

Nebenan befindet sich ein kleiner Kiosk, in dem Sie jeden Tag frische Brötchen sowie Zeitungen und vieles mehr erwerben können.

Traumhaftes Appartement, Super ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ideal für ein Paar mit max. 2 Kindern oder 2 Erwachsene und/oder mit Hunden.. Und die Lage findet man kaum ein zweites Mal auf ganz Poel. Beste Voraussetzungen für einen fantastischen Urlaub.

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Direkt Kritik gibt es keine, nur ein paar Anregungen, wie z.B. die Fliegen/Insektengitter sind leider nicht gut dicht, die müssten dringend neu befestigt werden. Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden. Nur ein paar Töpfe und Pfannen mehr wäre schön und sie sollten tatsächlich auf der induktionsplatte funktionieren, denn es gab von beiden Exemplare da ging nichts. Auch ein paar Schüsseln bzw. Aufbewahrungsbehälter mehr, wäre schön. Vermisst haben wir die Spiele und Bücher, die immer da waren.. wir danken für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen 2025 wieder. Lob, die beiden Balkon, so hat man morgens beim Frühstück schon Sonne auf dem Balkon und beim anderen Balkon am Nachmittag.

Fahrrad unterstellmöglichkeit fand ich sehr gut, so konnte man das E-bike am Abend beruhigt abstellen.

Eigener PKW Abstellplatz mit Schranke

Kritik, ein Sonnenschein pro Balkon wäre sehr schön.

Ein paar Liegestühle zumindest für einen Balkon.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir waren schon einige Male im Winter bei Ihnen und nun auch mal in der Saison. Vielleicht wären noch ein Paar Gazefenster wegen den Mücken nicht schlecht.

Um den Meeresblick zu gewährleisten müßten evtl. einige Bäume oder Äste weichen.

Das Bad bzw. konkret die Dusche könnte mal ein Update vertragen. Die Türen schließen sich nicht lückenlos und der Wasserstrahl ist auch mehr ein pfeiffendes Tropfen als ein durchgängiges Fließen.

Es war wie immer ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer sehr sehr schönen Unterkunft. Die „Betreuung“ durch die MA der PAS ist hervorragend. Ein Kritikpunkt wäre nur der Insektenschutz an den Fenstern. Diese sind teilweise kaputt oder fehlen ganz, so dass die Mücken leider freien Eintritt hatten. Das wäre mal noch eine wichtige Maßnahme und Bitte dies zu reparieren bzw. neu anzubringen. Vielen Dank.

Die Dusche war bereits bei Urlaubsbeginn etwas defekt und hatte ein kleines Leck. Wünschenswert wären etwas breitere Betten bzw. Matratzen. Schön wäre vielleicht auch ein DVD-Player um besonders lange Regenphasen zu überbrücken und eine Unterhaltungsmöglichkeit für das Kind zu haben. Lob: Ihr Serviceangebot hat sich von Jahr zu Jahr gesteigert, immer freundliche Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen/ Laden und Büroumgestaltung sind gut gelungen

Verbesserungswürdig: die Abreisezeit auf 11.30 Uhr ändern ( wir reisen meistens am Nachmittag des Vortages ab um uns den Stress zu vermeiden, schliesslich löst man nach 14 Tagen den halben Hausstand auf ☺) und

die Hausordnung sollte jedem Gast bei Anreise ebenfalls schriftlich übergeben werden. Die im Hausflur ausgehängte wird von vielen nicht beachtet.So haben viele Gäste aus den EG Wohnungen mit hinzugekommenen Freunden gefeiert und gegrillt und teils die gesamte Rasenfläche zum Fussbalspielen genutzt. Die meisten Gäste nehmen zudem noch zum Strand eine Abkürzung durch die Hecke.

Gerade die Küchen Ausstattung (Geschirr/Gläser etc) hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alles in großzügigen Maße vorhanden. Auch der Insektenschutz in den Schlafzimmern verdient ein Plus!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Für fehlendes Internet können die Mitarbeiter nichts...ging auch ohne. Der Mangel an Service Mitarbeitern in der Gastronomie ist sehr zu spüren, ohne Anmeldung zum Essen am Abend ist es sehr schwierig, einen Platz zu bekommen.
