From the high-quality equipped living / dining room you access the two beautiful south-facing balconies. One bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed, another room with 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and window.

Free internet access is available for you!

Children's travel cot and highchair are provided free of charge.

Allergy friendly, as it is a non-smoking apartment and no pets are allowed!!!

The facility

Das wunderschöne Kurhaus von 1910 und der dazu passende Anbau wurden grundsaniert bzw. neu erstellt im Jahre 2002. Herrliche Appartements, einige mit Meerblick, die anderen mit Südausrichtung, laden zu entspannten Ferientagen ein. In einer Minute sind Sie zu Fuß am Strand, so dass einem Bad in der Ostsee noch vor dem Frühstück nichts im Wege steht.

Selbstverständlich verfügen alle Wohnungen über komplett ausgestattete Einbauküchen, Bügelbrett/Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer, Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl sowie Balkon/Terrassenmöbel, TV, Radio und CD-Spieler.

Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner (Münzbetrieb) stehen im Keller des Hauses für Sie bereit.

Ein Parkplatz zu jedem Objekt (eng geschnitten) befindet sich hinter dem Haus.

Nebenan befindet sich ein kleiner Kiosk, in dem Sie jeden Tag frische Brötchen sowie Zeitungen und vieles mehr erwerben können.

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung.

Leistungsstarkes WLAN wäre noch wünschenswert.

Leider wird die Eigentümergemeinschaft Sonnenweg 5b nicht auch direkt von der PAS GmbH vor Ort verwaltet und hausmeisterlich betreut. Sonst wäre das Beheben der Nachwehen des Abwasserschadens im Keller der Anlage (übler Gestank nach Kloake im gesamten Treppenhaus, ausgefallene Waschmaschine) sicher zügiger verlaufen.
