From the “Strandläufer” apartment it is only a stone’s throw to the beach "Schwarzer Busch". The apartment is 65m² in size and can accommodate 4 people. The apartment is on the ground floor and can be accessed without steps. Spacious living/dining room with access to two terraces (south and south-west). Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet with a window.

You will of course also find 1 travel cot and 1 high chair in this apartment.

Dogs are welcome in this non-smoking apartment!

The facility

Das wunderschöne Kurhaus von 1910 und der dazu passende Anbau wurden grundsaniert bzw. neu erstellt im Jahre 2002. Herrliche Appartements, einige mit Meerblick, die anderen mit Südausrichtung, laden zu entspannten Ferientagen ein. In einer Minute sind Sie zu Fuß am Strand, so dass einem Bad in der Ostsee noch vor dem Frühstück nichts im Wege steht.

Selbstverständlich verfügen alle Wohnungen über komplett ausgestattete Einbauküchen, Bügelbrett/Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer, Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl sowie Balkon/Terrassenmöbel, TV, Radio und CD-Spieler.

Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner (Münzbetrieb) stehen im Keller des Hauses für Sie bereit.

Ein Parkplatz zu jedem Objekt (eng geschnitten) befindet sich hinter dem Haus.

Nebenan befindet sich ein kleiner Kiosk, in dem Sie jeden Tag frische Brötchen sowie Zeitungen und vieles mehr erwerben können.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich und Sauber. Schön war auch das wir schon vor 16,00 Uhr reinkonnten. Die Mitarbeiterin von PAS war sehr freundlich. Das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung .Nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Den ganzen Tag Sonne durch zwei Terrassen. Sehr freundliches Servicepersonal. Das Büro ist auch gleich an der Ecke. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Besonders lobenswert fanden wir die Sauberkeit der Wohnung, Geschirr usw.

Ein Wasseranschluss außen um Badeschuhe, Hund usw. von Sand und Salz zu befreien wäre wirklich wünschenswert. Auch der Strand gibt da leider nichts her. Somit hat man viel Sand auch in die Wohnung getragen.

Wirklich bemängelnswert war: Die Zeit verging zu schnell! Aber im Ernst: Alles gut (Ausstattung Möbel, Küche, Töpfe/ Gläser, zentrale Lage...)

Nur der Kühlschrank scheint etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat trotz höchster Stufe nicht die gewünschte Leistung erbracht- da muss man mal draufschauen.

Kleine Anekdote: Am Abreisetag schön den Schlüssel in den Abreisekasten geworfen, dann mit dem Auto vom Parkplatz zur Schranke gefahren...tja, ohne Schlüssel keine Schrankenöffnung ;-)

Aber natürlich Dank tollem PAS-Frühaufsteher-Team kein Problem! Liebe Grüße!

Es war einfach ein super erholsamer Urlaub .Wir waren das 3 Mal in einer Ferienwohnung vom PAS, und sind immer wieder begeistert. Freundlich, hell, gut ausgestattet und SAUBER!! Ja, wir fühlen uns vom ersten Moment an wohl!

Brötchen haben wir im Laden vorbestellt und hat super geklappt, das Personal dort ist immer höflich.

Schrecklich--------nichts zu bemängeln? Doch, der Wohnzimmerteppich könnte, unserer Meinung nach, eine Reinigung gebrauchen (ziemlich viele Flecken).

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist einfach topp!! Ob am Telefon, oder vor Ort, immer nett und freundlich!! Auch im März, als wir die Insel nach eineinhalb Tagen verlassen mussten!! Danke!1
