The name of the “Traumblick” (Dream View) apartment says it all, from here you have a fantastic view of the beach "Schwarzer Busch". It is 55m² and can accommodate 4 people. Located in the attic of an apartment house directly on the beach "Schwarzer Busch". Spacious living/dining area with large window front and a sofa bed (1.40x2.00m). A bedroom with a double bed and a feel-good bathroom with a glass shower and bathtub.

A travel cot and a high chair are available for younger guests.

Free internet access is available to you!

Allergy sufferers friendly as it is a non-smoking apartment, no pets allowed and no carpet!

The facility

Das wunderschöne Kurhaus von 1910 und der dazu passende Anbau wurden grundsaniert bzw. neu erstellt im Jahre 2002. Herrliche Appartements, einige mit Meerblick, die anderen mit Südausrichtung, laden zu entspannten Ferientagen ein. In einer Minute sind Sie zu Fuß am Strand, so dass einem Bad in der Ostsee noch vor dem Frühstück nichts im Wege steht.

Selbstverständlich verfügen alle Wohnungen über komplett ausgestattete Einbauküchen, Bügelbrett/Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer, Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl sowie Balkon/Terrassenmöbel, TV, Radio und CD-Spieler.

Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner (Münzbetrieb) stehen im Keller des Hauses für Sie bereit.

Ein Parkplatz zu jedem Objekt (eng geschnitten) befindet sich hinter dem Haus.

Nebenan befindet sich ein kleiner Kiosk, in dem Sie jeden Tag frische Brötchen sowie Zeitungen und vieles mehr erwerben können.

Vielen Dank für die Bereitstellung der Fewo Traumblick, nachdem in der von uns gebuchten Wohnung Westwind die Balkontür und damit auch das einzige zu öffnende Fenster/Lüftungsmöglichkeit kaputt war. Traumblick war für uns ein echtes Upgrade. Der Name ist Programm, der Blick ist wirklich traumhaft. Die Sauberkeit war echt super, bei der Ausstattung fehlte uns nur ein Kartoffelschäler, welcher dankenswerterweise von PAS nachgeliefert wurde. Für uns kein Problem, aber schade, dass es in dem Haus keinen Aufzug gibt, deshalb ist die Ferienwohnung leider etwas beschwerlich mit viel Gepäck zu erreichen und gar nicht für gehbehinderte Personen oder Eltern mit Kinderwagen.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strandzugang. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Kinderstuhl sowie Spielzeug vorhanden. Eine Bücherauswahl sowie DVDs um schlechtes Wetter zu überbrücken liegen im Wohnzimmer bereit. Leider ist die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss, 3. Etage, nur über die Treppe zu erreichen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind für größere Fahrzeuge etwas eng.

Für uns ist es immer wie "nach-Hause-kommen" wenn wir oben angekommen sind, die Tür aufschließen, rein gehen. Es ist sauber, gemütlich und der Traumblick vom Balkon oder das Bullauge. Die Sitzecke in der Stube lädt zum verweilen und Entspannen ein. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer ist völlig ausreichend, die Matratzen nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Allerdings etwas sehr schmal. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Schränke sind leider mit Reserve-Kopfkissen und Decken zum Teil blockiert. War aber okay, zumindest im Sommer, wenn man nicht zu viele Sachen zu verstauen hat. Das Bad ist groß, mit Dusche und Badewanne. Würden uns allerdings wünschen, etwas mehr Haken zu haben, um die Handtücher aufhängen zu können. Der Balkon ist niedlich, gemütlich und man hat einen zauberhaften Blick über die Ostsee und am Abend sind die Sonnenuntergänge atemberaubend und phantastisch. Die Wohnung ist gut tempariert und bestätigt nicht die Sorge, wegen unter dem Dach....

Der zugehörige Parkplatz im Hof ist relativ schmal, für größere Autos braucht man Geduld und Fingerspitzengefühl um einzuparken und aussteigen zu können. Der Beifahrer muss vor dem einparken aussteigen.

Zum Strand ist es optimal, man "fällt einmal um" und ist da.

Zusammen gefasst, einfach traumhaft schön und absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Zusatzschlafmöglichkeit (Ausziehcouch) ist für 2 Erwachsene nicht geeignet, da unbequem und knarrt sehr. Es wäre schön, wenn die Wohnung für 4 Personen zulässig ist, wenn eine neue Schlafmöglichkeit geschaffen werden würde. Der PAS Service war super. Und die Wohnung an sich klasse.

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und mit allen wichtigen Dingen für den Urlaub eingerichtet. Es gibt keine Kritik. Selbst das mehrmalige Besteigen der 53 Treppenstufen am Tag kann man als sportliche Betätigung ansehen.

Wir haben die zwei Wochen intensiv genossen. Die Wohnung hat absoluten Wohlfühlcharakter. Der niedliche Balkon war unser Lieblingsplatz, wenn wir in der Wohnung waren. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist völlig ausreichend und wir haben fast jeden Tag gekocht. Das Schlafzimmer ist völlig ausreichend, wobei der Stauraum in den zwei Schränken etwas mehr sein könnte. Die Betten sind etwas schmal, aber die Matratzen waren perfekt. Im Badezimmer fanden wir sehr angenehm, dass es eine Dusche und eine große Badewanne gab. Im Badezimmer wäre es schön, wenn es noch ein paar Haken mehr, als den einen geben würde. Trotzdem haben wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt und auch die Treppen nach oben haben wir von Tag zu Tag besser geschafft. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir wieder einmal kommen könnten.

Fernseher, Bildqualität und Größe könnte besser sein.

Die Aussicht ist super. Wir sind gern auf der Insel Poel und in den verschiedenen Appartements. Wir können uns hier sehr gut erholen und freuen uns schon auf den Sommer.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön. Mehrere Lampen/ Glühbirnen (Abstellraum, Flur) haben nicht funktioniert. Das kriegt der Hausmeister bestimmt schnell wieder repariert. :-) Ansonsten war - wie gewohnt - alles bestens.

Wirklich eine unglaublich tolle Wohnung. Ausstattung super zum Wohlfühlen, auch wenn mal nicht das perfekte Wetter ist.

Einziger Wermutstropfen: 4 Stockwerke ohne Fahrstuhl. Für Leute mit Gehproblemen schwierig bis unmöglich. Überlegt mal, ob ihr da eine Lösung finden könnt.
