Cozy furnished living/dining room and bedroom with double bed and sofa corner. Large north-west balcony with sea views. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

There is a free internet connection available for you!

Pets are not allowed! Non-smoking apartment!

The facility

Das wunderschöne Kurhaus von 1910 und der dazu passende Anbau wurden grundsaniert bzw. neu erstellt im Jahre 2002. Herrliche Appartements, einige mit Meerblick, die anderen mit Südausrichtung, laden zu entspannten Ferientagen ein. In einer Minute sind Sie zu Fuß am Strand, so dass einem Bad in der Ostsee noch vor dem Frühstück nichts im Wege steht.

Selbstverständlich verfügen alle Wohnungen über komplett ausgestattete Einbauküchen, Bügelbrett/Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer, Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl sowie Balkon/Terrassenmöbel, TV, Radio und CD-Spieler.

Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner (Münzbetrieb) stehen im Keller des Hauses für Sie bereit.

Ein Parkplatz zu jedem Objekt (eng geschnitten) befindet sich hinter dem Haus.

Nebenan befindet sich ein kleiner Kiosk, in dem Sie jeden Tag frische Brötchen sowie Zeitungen und vieles mehr erwerben können.

Wir waren wieder einmal sehr glücklich im Seasideappartement , hätten uns aber sehr über eine Decke (und Kissen)für das Sofa gefreut, ebenso über wärmere Bettdecken. Es ist schade, wenn man nachts frieren muss. Netterweise hat uns eine Mitarbeiterin von PAS Poel zumindest mit 1 Zusatzdecke ausgeholfen . Auch Untertassen und eine Käsereibe wären eine willkommene Bereicherung des Inventars.

Das Problem mit der nicht funktionierenden Toilettenspülung am Anreiseabend wurde glücklicherweise am folgenden Tag sehr schnell gelöst!

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Dusche ist sehr gut und die Beleuchtung in den Räumen lässt sich sehr gut anpassen. Das Insektenschutzgitter ist hervorragend. Der Tiefkühlschrank ist großzügig und lässt sich sehr gut nutzen.Küche: Es fehlt ein brauchbarer Kartoffelschäler. Insgesamt ist nicht genug Geschirr, um den Geschirrspüler auch effizient auslasten zu können. Es mangelt auch an für eine Mikrowelle geeigneten Gefäßen (Keramik, etc.). Das Rauchverbot sollte auch auf die Balkons ausgedehnt werden - Gäste rauchen teilweise ausgedehnt auf den Balkons, und der Rauch zieht dann leider von außen ungewollt über die Fenster in die Nichtraucherzimmer. Dies konterkarikiert das Rauchverbot.

Schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung für 1-2 Personen. Super Lage direkt unmittelbar am Strand mit, wie der Beschreibung entnehmbar, eingeschränkten Meerblick durch die Bäume die den Strand abschirmen.

Durch die direkte Nähe zum Strand hat man nachts ein angenehmes Meeresrauschen zum Einschlafen!

Freundliches Personal und gute Erreichbarkeit durch die sehr großzügigen Öffnungszeiten des Service Büros.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Bett ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Meinem Empfinden nach waren die Matratzen viel zu weich, wenn nicht sogar schon etwas durchgelegen, da gibt es bestimmt in Zukunft mal Erneuerungsbedarf, aber sonst gab es nicht viel zu meckern!

Würde jederzeit wieder kommen!

Poel ist ein wundervoller Ort - wer viel Ruhe, Natur und einen herrlichen , nicht überfüllten und sauberen Strand sucht, ist hier immer richtig. Dank PAS findet man gepflegte Unterkünfte für jeden Geschmack und die Buchung ist online sehr einfach. Die Gäste App finde ich sehr gut; alles an wichtigen Infos zur Unterkunft und zur Insel kann man hier jederzeit nachlesen und der Countdown bis zur Anreise steigert die Vorfreude.

Von dieser Wohnung sind es nur zwei Fussminuten zum Strand und man hat durch die Bäume sogar stellenweise Meerblick - und das von der Couch aus! Das Meeresrauschen ist natürlich inklusive.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, sogar eine große Kühlgefrierkombi ist vorhanden.

Frische Brötchen gibts gleich um die Ecke und auch ein nettes Restaurant findet man direkt gegenüber.

Für mich war es wieder ein entspannter und erholsamer Aufenthalt und ich komme sehr gern wieder !

Wir haben uns in dem Appartment sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein riesiges Plus sind die Insektenschutztüren; sie halten wunderbar die Mücken ab und wir konnten bei offenen Fenstern schlafen!

Wir hätten uns ein Rakel zum Abwischen der Glas-Duschtüren gewünscht. Ansonsten alles sehr schön.

Bei Fragen oder Wünschen waren die Mitarbeiterinnen, die wir kennengelernt haben, super freundlich! Danke!
