Die Ferienwohnung Whg. 1 im Haus Am Krabbenweg ist eine gemütliche 1-Raum-Wohnung für 1 bis 2 Erwachsene und ein Baby. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ist ohne Stufen zugänglich und eignet sich durch die ebenerdige Gestaltung auch gut für ältere Gäste.

Der Wohnbereich ist mit einem Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet und geht offen in die moderne Einbauküche über. Zur Küchenausstattung gehören unter anderem ein Geschirrspüler, eine Induktionskochplatte und eine Mikrowelle.

Die Schlafecke verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und ist durch zwei Schränke geschickt vom übrigen Wohnraum abgetrennt. Das großzügige Badezimmer bietet eine Dusche mit Sitzmöglichkeit und ein WC.

Die Wohnung ist vollständig gefliest und verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Dadurch eignet sie sich auch gut für allergiebewusste Gäste. Rollläden ermöglichen eine angenehme Verdunklung. An allen Hauptfenstern ist zudem ein Insektenschutz vorhanden.

Vor dem Haus befindet sich auf der Rasenfläche eine Sitzecke mit Gartenmöbeln. Für zwei Fahrräder steht auf dem Grundstück ein überdachter Stellplatz bereit. Ein privater PKW-Stellplatz gehört ebenfalls zur Unterkunft. Das gesamte Grundstück ist eingezäunt.

Kostenloses WLAN steht während des Aufenthalts zur Verfügung. Einen Supermarkt erreichen Sie in etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Der Strand liegt rund 2 Kilometer entfernt.

Die Wohnung kann mit der benachbarten Whg. 2 kombiniert werden, die Platz für bis zu 4 Personen bietet. Bei gemeinsamer Buchung beider Wohnungen erhalten Sie 10 Prozent Nachlass auf beide Buchungspreise.

Ein Kinderreisebett und ein Hochstuhl können gegen Aufpreis bei PAS gemietet werden. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Granitboden vor der Eingangstür bei Nässe rutschig sein kann.

Die Ferienwohnung ist eine Nichtraucherunterkunft. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

3 Sterne beim Wohlfühlfaktor erklären sich so, dass wir es nicht so super fanden, am Pavillon vorne an der Straße zu sitzen. Ein zusätzlicher kleiner Sitzplatz neben dem Haus erschien uns angenehmer. Vielleicht ist es ja möglich, den Platz vor der Seitentür einzurichten. Zum Thema Sauberkeit und Kalkablagerungen hatten wir bereits ein Gespräch vor Ort.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Nur kleine Einwände: die Schränke sind sehr klein und im Bad fehlen Haken für die Handtücher, diese muss man am Heizungskörper provisorisch befestigen. Ansonsten wie bereits bewertet sehr gut.
