From the comfortably furnished living room you can access the beautiful south-facing balcony. From here you can look directly at the harbor of Kirchdorf and enjoy the Baltic Sea air.

A bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and the sofa bed in the living room offer space for up to 4 people.

The spacious living area has an open-plan kitchen that is well-equipped, including a refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, etc.

The bathroom has a shower/toilet.

Unfortunately, due to space constraints, a travel cot cannot be placed in the bedroom of this apartment.

A high chair is available for our little guests.

There is a parking space at the house.

Pets are welcome!

Smoking is not permitted in this apartment!

Gute Ausstattung! Großzügig, bis auf das Bad. Das war im Vergleich sehr klein. Vermisst habe ich das WLAN. Dafür habe ich einen Stern abgezogen. An Küchenutensilien bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Schöne Weingläser und sogar ein Eierpiekser. Sehr loben möchte ich das Vorhandensein von Toilettenpapier bei Ankunft. Auch Salz und Filtertüten waren da. Nun gibts auch Fit und Zucker, habe ich hinzugefügt. Der Fahrradkeller war beruhigend bei der Unterbringung von unseren Rädern. Personal und Service sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Dankeschön, es waren sehr schöne Tage.

Die Wohnung ist super!

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Couch ist super bequem. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Das Bad ist etwas winzig aber damit kann man sich arrangieren. Das Bett ist nur 160cm breit und die Matratzen etwas weich. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Da wir zu Hause in einem breiten Boxspringbett schlafen, waren die weichen Matratzen im 160er Bett etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Mit der harten Einstellung der Lattenroste konnte jedoch etwas Abhilfe geschaffen werden.

Ansonsten ließ die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung keine Wünsche offen. Insbesondere den Ausblick auf den Kirchdorfer Hafen haben wir sehr genossen. Gerne empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft weiter.

Die Kaffeemaschine war extrem verkalkt und musste am ersten Morgen mit Essig (war bei der Ausstattung vorhanden) entkalkt werden. Auch wäre ein dritter Balkonstuhl (wir waren zu dritt dort) schön gewesen. Sonst hat alles gepasst. Es war sehr, sehr sauber, insbesondere positiv war der Zustand der Waschbecken/Ausgüsse.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Der Strauch vor dem Balkon wurde nach kurzem fragen direkt gestutzt somit hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf den Hafen. Die Steckdose im Bad müsste nachgeschaut werden da sie nicht immer geht.

Mein Lob habe ich ins Gästebuch geschrieben. Angenehme Ausstattung, liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter vor Ort.

Hinweise: App. Hafentraum - an der Spüle leckt stetig der Wasserhahn am unteren Drehpunkt. Es fliegen permanent kleine weiße Federn auf der Eckcoach umher. Quelle sind eventuell die Sofakissen?

Das abzustellen wäre gut.

Der Vergrößerungsspiegel im Bad war praktisch. Die moderne Ausstattung der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
