Spacious and inviting apartment on the 2nd floor over 2 levels directly at the harbor in Kirchdorf!

From here you can look directly at the harbor of Kirchdorf and enjoy the Baltic Sea air.

From the spacious living area with an open-plan, well-equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, etc., you can access the south-facing balcony with a direct sea view.

The apartment is equipped with free WiFi!

A small bedroom with bunk beds. A staircase takes you to another bedroom with a double bed in the attic. In the open gallery there is a sofa bed with a Velux blackout blind on the window and an exercise bike.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet and a washing machine and dryer.

A travel cot is available for younger guests. A high chair can be booked via PAS.

There is a general bicycle cellar in the house.

There is a parking space at the house. Look forward to your vacation at the harbor!

Pets not allowed! Non-smoking apartment!!!

Zu dem Punkt Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden kann keine Auskunft gegeben werden, da die Schlüsselübergabe kontaktlos war. Das Appartement ist sehr großzügig eingerichtet, die Art der Möblierung ist natürlich Geschmacksache……Die Schränke in der Küche sind leider mit Geschirr und Nippes so überfüllt, dass kaum Platz für Lebensmittel o.ä. ist. Leider musste für nächtliche Toilettengänge die Etage gewechselt werden, da das Schlafzimmer im DG liegt. Die Lage des Appartements mit direktem Blick auf den Hafen ist sensationell, wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wie schon in 23 angeregt, wäre es sehr sinnvoll, einen Anreise und Abreise Kasten an der Appartement Anlage vorzuhalten! In der Regel erfolgt an- und Abreise ja an Wochenenden jeweils nach Büroschluss und es ist einfach lästig jeweils nach längerer Fahrt (in meinem Fall 800 km) noch zum schwarzen Busch zu müssen

Lob: Die Wohnung war ausgesprochen gut ausgestattet.

Verbesserungsvorschlag: Üblicherweise findet man in FeWos (praktischerweise gut sichtbar auf dem Tisch) ein Heft mit den "Regularien" für die Wohnung. Das haben wir vermisst, aber glücklicherweise wussten wir von einem früheren Aufenthalt in einer anderen Wohnung der Residenz, wo und wie man die Mülltonnen findet und benutzt.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr gemütlich, mit allem was man braucht, eingerichtet.

Bei der Dekoration ist weniger mehr, da die Reinigung sicher dadurch erschwert wird und auch Gäste Platz für ihre Sachen benötigen.

Die Matratzen und Kissen waren eine Katastrophe für eine erholsamen Schlaf, den man im Urlaub dringend braucht.

Sehr schön war die zentrale Lage.

Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder, die Kritik dient nur der Optimierung.

Super tolle Ferienwohnung. Viel Platz und alles da was man braucht! Wirklich sehr gut!

☹️ Den Schlüssel muss man in einem anderen Ort(steil) abholen. Das muss man wissen, wenn man so wie wir mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreist. Es fahren zwar Busse, aber wenn man Pech hat, muss man länger auf den Bus warten. Vielleicht wäre ein Schlüsseltresor direkt am Ferienhaus möglich?

Wunderschöne, saubere Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen.

Leider ist die Insel Poel nicht mehr der Geheimtipp, der sie mal war - Ort der Ruhe. Sie droht auch vom Massentourismus überlaufen zu werden. Schade!

Es war ein toller Urlaub,. Alles genauso, wie es in der Beschreibung angegeben wurde. Hervorheben möchte ich auch noch, dass es sehr viel Besteck und Geschirr gab, sodass man nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit abwaschen musste.

Hallo PAS Team ,

die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die exzellente Lage und gehobene Ausstattung spiegelt sich natürlich auch im Preis wieder , ist aber angemessen.

Gefehlt hat uns eine Abzugshaube in der Küche , da wir oft selber gekocht haben , und eine Lüftungsmöglichkeit im Badezimmer , was aber wohl durch die Wohnungsanlage schwierig umsetzbar scheint. ( Die verzogene Führung des dadurch nicht funktionierenden Fliegengitters hatte ich bei der Schlüsselabgabe schon mitgeteilt)

Insgesamt würden wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen , ebenfalls den guten Service von PAS.
