From here you can look directly at the harbor (fairground) of Kirchdorf and enjoy the Baltic Sea air.

A bedroom with a double bed and the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 3 people.

The spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen, which is well equipped, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet.

For reasons of space, a travel cot cannot be placed in the bedroom in this apartment.

A high chair is available for our little guests.

There is a parking space at the house and a bicycle storage room in the basement.

1 pet is very welcome!

Smoking is not permitted in this apartment!

Sehr schöner Ausblick auf den Hafen. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Geschirrspüler fehlte, aber dafür ist eigentlich kein Platz. Würden im nächsten Jahr gern wieder kommen.

Unser Aufenthalt im Juni 2024 in dieser Wohnung war wieder die reine Freude!!!

Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und alles klar durchdacht.

Sei es die neue Küche, das schöne Bad mit den vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten, der begehbare Kleiderschrank oder die Fliegenschutz ,,Schiebetür,, am Balkon.

Aber das Sahnehäubchen ist und bleibt der überdachte Südbalkon mit dem Mega-Hafenblick!!!

Hier kann man - auch bei nicht so schönem Wetter ‐ sitzen und die Aussicht genießen, wie in einem Straßencafe.

Was sich mir hingegen nicht erschließt: Warum muß ein kleiner Hund (5 Kilo) pro Tag 10 € bezahlen!!!

Das waren bei uns immerhin 170 €

Er braucht kein Strom, er braucht kaum Wasser, erschlägt in seinem eigenen, mitgebrachten Bett und mehr Dreck macht er auch nicht.

Auch die Insel ist wirklich Klasse und drum kommen wir nächstes Jahr garantiert wieder!

Man merkt dem PAS Team an, dass sie die Betreuung der Fewo mit Freude machen. Die Fewo ist praktisch eingerichtet und für ein paar Tage genau richtig.

Das wäschpaket mit den blauen Handtüchern fanden wir nicht so gut, weiß war besser. Eine Spülmaschine wäre im Apartment natürlich optimal! Ärgerlich ist, dass die schlüsselübergabe nur am schwarzen Busch nach Geschäftsschluss in den Kästen abgeholt bzw. Zurück gegeben werden können! Entsprechende Möglichkeiten müssten doch auch in der Anlage am yachthafen möglich sein!

Das war jetzt mein 10 ter Urlaub in der Residenz am Yachthafen, jeweils in verschiedenen Wohnungen, je nach Verfügbarkeit. Bei der Buchung dacht ich noch,das anhand der Bilder , die Wohnung sehr spartanisch eingerichtet sei! Aber sie war nahezu perfekt! Fast alles da was man so im Urlaub braucht, gut durchdacht und strukturiert. Das einzige was mir eventuell gefehlt hat,war eine Uhr im Wohnzimmer und ein Flüssigkeitsmessbecher. Auch der Badumbau unter einbeziehen des unnötigen Abstellraumes ist sehr gut gelungen .

Bei der Schlüsselabholung im PAS Büro wäre es gut gewesen, wenn man Vorrab die Info gehabt hätte, das man direkt vor das Büro Am schwarzen Busch anfahren kann ! ! ! Denn ich habe extra einen Parkschein für die 20 Minuten ziehen müssen und der Weg zum Büro ist für Menschen mit Kniearthrose auch nicht gut zu laufen. Ansonsten wären es zwei schöne Wochen bei herrlichen Wetter und wir kommen bestimmt wieder in die Residenz ! ! !

Küchenausstattung könnte etwas vielfältiger sein ( z.Bsp.eine Pfanne ) Balkon sollte auch etwas sauberer sein, die Spinnweben überall wurden längere Zeit nicht entfernt. Schön wäre ein normales Kopfkissen. Ansonsten eine wunderbare Aussicht besonders vom Balkon.
