The comfortable living area is equipped with a satellite receiver and flat screen TV/video/DVD/hi-fi.

The open kitchen offers you everything you need for a successful holiday: dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. A cozy dining area with enough space and a cozy seating area ensure a great time with a large group.

One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds for a total of 4 people.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet.

The highlight is the very large roof terrace with approx. 58 m², which invites you to spend cozy hours.

There is also a fireplace and free WiFi.

A travel cot and high chair are available for our little guests!

The entire living area has underfloor heating.

A parking space and a bicycle storage area are available at the house!

In the season from December 21st to January 5th. Only bookings of 7 days or more are possible.

Die Wohnung liegt super und ist sehr sauber!

Das Geschirr und die Messer im Messerblock sind sehr abgenutzt. Die Teile mit den angeschlagenen Kanten und due blind gewordenen Gläser könnten aussortiert werden. Im Wohnraum wäre eine Stehlampe toll, damit man dort auch lesen kann und nicht immer das Deckenlicht anschalten muss. Die Tisch auf der Terasse gehört getauscht. Die Rollen vom Oberkorb der Spülmaschine müssen gewartet werden.

Diese Anregungen sollten nur als nette Hinweise verstanden werden. Der Urlaub in der Wohnung war sehr schön!

Wir haben Silvester mit der Familie in mehreren Ferienwohnungen verbracht und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnungen sind komfortabel ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es alle Utensilien, die wir brauchten. Positiv ist uns aufgefallen, dass es in den Bädern viele Haken für Handtücher etc. gibt. Auch im Eingangsbereich gab es 2 Garderoben mit Haken für Kinder und Erwachsene sowie eine kleine Schuhabstellmöglichkeit neben der Heizung. Gerade im Winter, wären weitere Ablagen/Regale für Mützen, Handschuhe etc. nützlich, um das Wiederfinden zu erleichtern.

Die Insel lädt mit seinen Stränden zu langen Wanderungen ein. Super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit großem Sortiment gab es in Kirchdorf bei Rewe. Die Inselbäckerei Thomasek in unmittelbarer Nähe versorgte uns mit frischem Brot und Brötchen und auch die Silvesterpfannkuchenwaren sehr lecker.

Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub auf der Insel Poel im Ferienhaus Sonnendeck und Morgenröte. Sicher nicht zum letzten Mal.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad ist zwar klein aber es reichte für zwei Personen. Was uns gestört hatte, war das in der Dusche keine Ablage war für Duschgel und Shampoo ...

Und in der Küche keine Haken für die Geschirrtücher. Sonst alles top...
