The entire apartment is tiled and has underfloor heating.

On nice days, the terrace with teak furniture invites you to spend relaxing hours.

There is a parking space at the house. A few steps away you will find shops and various restaurants.

A cot and high chair as well as a handcart are available for our little guests.

Hallo es hat alles wirklich sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank dafür. Eine kleine Kritik, es gibt gar kein Geschirrspüler der stand aber in der Buchung und es fehlte uns eine Stehlampe in der Ecke neben der Couch. Ansonsten alles super vielen Dank

Hallo liebes PAS Team, Wir waren insgesamt Preis Leistungs Technisch sehr zufrieden. Wir haben erst spät den WLAN Zugang erfahren, in der App war angegeben das es kein Internet gibt. Der Mülleimer hat stark Gerüche abgesondert dir wir auch mit Essig nicht ändern konnten. Als Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge zum Hafen oder Fahrradtouren hatten wir eine Super Lage.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung! Das Badezimmer ist so schön gross, dass wir Grosseltern mit den pubertierenden Enkelinnen wunderbar unsere jeweiligen Wasch- und Pflegesachen hinstellen konnten. Kritik: Die Kopfkissen im grossen Bett beinhalteten viele Knäuel, waren nicht gleichmässig gefüllt. Tip: Hinweis, dass der Backofen nur heizt, wenn Zeitschaltuhr mit Temperatur zusammen angemacht wird.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Wünschenswert wäre ein Sichtschutz draußen.auf der Terrasse sitzen ist recht unangenehm ( z.b.Gäste Eisdiele..).

Schön wäre es gewesen wenn die Lüftung im Bad repariert worden wäre.

Ausstattung allgemein: Nudellöffel, Bratzange und Wäschekorb wären schön.

Fest zugewiesene Parkplätze für die Wohnung wären gut.

Die Wohnung hat alles was macht braucht. Sie biete genügend Platz für 4 Personen.

Kleiner Vorschlag wäre das die Wände mal wieder gestrichen werden können und neue Bettdecken wären super. Ansonsten war alles super.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine Kritik,die nicht mal sie betrifft. Einige Urlauber nehmen es mit der Sauberkeit des Geschirrs bei der Abreise nicht so genau. Dreckige Gläser und Besteck im Schrank. Sehr schade!

Lob:

- supergute, zentrale Lage mitten in Kirchdorf, gleich am Hafen

- schönes großes Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine

- Fußbodenheizung vorhanden, für die kälteren Reisemonate sicher sehr angenehm

- wie immer, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter vom PAS

Kritik:

- es sollten dringend Fliegengitter angebracht werden

- zur Abrundung der Ausstattung in der Ferienwohnung könnte eine Mikrowelle nicht schaden, Geschirrspüler wäre i-Tüpfelchen, ist aber für uns nicht erforderlich

- die ein oder andere Renovierung ist sicherlich fällig: Rauhfasertapete an einigen Stellen, v.a. am Kopfende des Bettes im Schlafzimmer oder seitlich an der Wand im Etagenbett-Zimmer schmutzig, bzw.abgenutzt/abgekratzt

Alles in Allem für unseren spontanen Kurzurlaub auf unserer Lieblingsinsel völlig ausreichende Unterkunft mit 4 von 5 Sternen Gesamtwertung für unseren Geschmack

Wir fanden es sehr schön in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Größe ist ausreichend und jeder hatte seinen Rückzugsort. Persönlich finde ich macht die Raufasertapete die Unterkunft altbackener als sie ist denn die Einrichtung finde ich sehr schön. Aber einen neuen Anstrich könnte sie vertragen und der Haken in der Zimmerecke war uns suspekt sonst hätte eine Handwaschseife und eine weitere Rolle Toilettenpapier das Bild perfekt gemacht. Wir hatten schöne Tage und kommen gern wieder.

Das Licht im vor allem im Badezimmer ist sehr schwach. Ein paar Hacken oder eine Handtuchstange wären gut, damit man Mal ein Handtuch aufhängen kann. Anfänglich ein bisschen Verwirrung bei der Bettwäsche.Ansonsten war alles okay. Dankeschön.für alles.

Stark sichtbarer Staub auf Dekorartikeln (z. B. im Schlafzimmer ein Gebinde an der Wand). Wenn man sie nicht pflegt oder sie in die Jahre gekommen sind, sollte man sie meiner Meinung nach, entfernen.

Schöner Ausblick von der Terrasse und leckeres Eis gab es nebenan. Unser Aufenthalt war gut in der Unterkunft.
