This beautiful detached house awaits you for peaceful days! The cozy living room with flat screen TV, DVD player and open, well-equipped fitted kitchen: fridge-freezer combination, stove/oven, Tassimo coffee machine and dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired.

The fireplace makes every day a cozy cuddle day.

From the living room you can access the large terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue as well as a beautiful property surrounded by hedges. This is particularly ideal for parents with small children and/or dogs. A bedroom with 2 single beds is available for you in the basement.

A bright bathroom equipped with a sauna, shower and toilet completes the ground floor.

A cozy bedroom (with TV) with a double bed (180x200) and a small bedroom with 2 single beds can be found on the upper floor.

The second bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine is also located on the upper floor.

A travel cot and a high chair are available for our little guests.

A narrow access road takes you to the holiday home and the associated parking spaces (2 spaces).

A carport for storing bicycles is located behind the house.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es war sehr gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage in der zweiten Reihe hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen.

Persönlich haben wir keine Mitarbeiter kennengelernt, aber Buchung und sonstige Informationen haben über den digitalen Weg sehr gut geklappt.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub auf der schönen Insel Poel ist leider zu Ende gegangen. Wir haben uns überaus wohl gefühlt, Die Mitarbeiterin vom PAS-Team war so liebenswürdig und dafür möchten wir herzlichen Dank sagen. Die Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche übrig, die Strandspaziergänge waren herrlich wohltuend, die Fischbrötchen ein Traum... wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen und uns auch wieder für das Haus Sonneneck entschieden, da wirklich alles perfekt war. Allerdings würde ich mich vorher genau erkundigen wann der Inselpokal stattfindet, denn das war leider für Erholungssuchende und Hundebesitzer unerträglich was hier zwei Nächte von einzelnen Teilnehmern abgezogen wurde.

Lob für den PAS Service, Kritik an den Außenanlagen. Der Schuppen vollgestopft mit altem Krempel, der Unterstand für die Fahrräder könnte mal aufgeräumt werden, ein Rasenmäher musste zum Einsatz kommen. Die Dunstabzughaube total verdreckt. Schade, ansonsten kann man sich wohlfühlen.

Kritik - geht sicher in Richtung Eigentümer:

Reinigung und Austausch der Filtermatten in der Abzugshaube-Küche, hier geht gar nichts mehr. Bei der Thermoskanne ist der Deckel/Gießfunktion defekt. Und auch die Anschaffung einer Mikrowelle sollte mal ins Auge gefasst werden. Die defekten Möbelfolien im Küchenbereich haben wir schon im PAS-Büro angesprochen.

TV im Wohnbereich ist mit allen möglichen Sendern belegt, nur nicht mit den angezeigten Sendern auf den Programmplätzen. NDR gab es gar nicht, gehört für uns aber zum Urlaub in MV.

Leider war der Kaminrost mit Holzkohlerückständen völlig zu. Den mussten wir erst mal reinigen damit der Kamin auch in Gang kam. Nur Asche entfernen reicht eben nicht. Vielleicht als Info. an die Gäste/Nutzer des Kamins hinterlegen.

Mehr Kritik gibt es nicht, nur noch Lob. Endlich WLAN!

Die Sauna hat sehr gut funktioniert und auch alles andere war soweit wir es genutzt haben okay.

Das Haus war wirklich sehr gut gereinigt und sogar mit den nötigsten Utensilien für die ersten Drei age ausgestattet! Das Doppelbett auf der rechten Seite knarzte extrem.

Nachttischlampen im „Kinderzimmer“ oben funktionieren nicht.

Wenn man s möglich wäre hätte ich gern eine Liste mit Ferienhäusern die ein eingezäuntes Grundstück haben in denen Hunde erlaubt sind.

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage in Strandnähe optimal für Hunde/toller Hundestrand!

Im Haus wären WLAN und etwas mehr Stauraum wünschenswert (im Wohnzimmer Schrank ohne Schlüssel ,wurde auch von uns bemängelt leider konnte das Problem nicht gelöst werden.Im Schlafzimmer EG war der Schrank voll mit Decken und Kissen für die man keine richtige Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit finden konnte,wurde von uns auch gleich beanstandet,konnte jedoch nicht gelöst werden.Garten / Hecke müsste nochmal gepflegt werden war aber akzeptabel.Carport für Fahrräder bei Ankunft leider voll gestellt und Fahrradständer mit Pflanzen bewuchert,Problem wurde nach unserer Beanstandung zeitnah behoben )

Fazit:Schöner erholsamer Urlaub für uns auf Poel ☀️sehr gerne wieder!!!
