In this holiday semi-detached house you will find a cozy living room with flat screen TV, stereo system, fireplace, sofa bed and open fitted kitchen. Here you will find everything you need for a successful holiday: fridge-freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. From the living room you can access the large terrace with patio furniture,beach umbrella and barbecue. There is also a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. A large bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washing machine completes the ground floor. Two cozy bedrooms with double beds, one of which has its own TV, are available on the upper floor for up to 4 people. Here you will find the large bathroom with shower/toilet and sauna.

Make use of the garden area, which is equipped with new patio furniture and a beach chair.

A travel cot as well as a high chair and a handcart are available for our little guests.

A free internet connection is available to you.

There is 1 parking space at the house.

This house is a non-smoking house and pets are allowed.

Let yourself be pampered every day. We offer a bread roll delivery service all year round, which you can book with us at least 4 days before arrival.

Wir haben uns über die Weihnachtsfeiertage super auf der Insel erholt und das lag auch maßgeblich an unserer tollen Unterkunft. Die Nähe zum Strand (ca.550m) war für meine 86jährige Mutter ideal. Sie kam alleine zum Strand und wieder zurück oder konnte mit uns von dort aus größere Spaziergänge unternehmen, von deren Endpunkt sie mit dem Auto abgeholt werden konnte.

Das Haus ist außerdem sehr gut eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Sauna und Kamin gaben dem Ganzen eine kuschelige Atmosphäre und wir haben sie bei dem tristen Wetter natürlich mehrfach genutzt.

Auch die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern von PAS war sehr angenehm. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Der Schlüssel Tresor ist eine super Sache.

Das Ausleihen der Fahrräder hat super vor allem sehr spontan geklappt.

Das wir das Haus schon früher beziehen konnten als 16:00 Uhr war super. 16:00 Uhr, ist schon sehr spät, vor allem wenn man noch etwas vom Tag haben möchte , einkaufen möchte und evtl essen gehen möchte da die Restaurants ja früh die Kuche schließen.

- Haus ist aus unserer Sicht (gilt aber für die Preisentwicklung aller Häuser auf Poel - wir reisen seit 2013 hierhinl) deutlich zu teuer

- Innerer Saunatürgriff wird extrem heiß, ein Aufmachen ist nur mit Saunatuch möglich, auch der Türrahmen der Saunatür heizt sich extrem auf

- Toaster war defekt, Elektrogeräte sollten alle bei Mieterwechsel überprüft werden

Es war eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Leider war ein Teil der Toilettenspülung defekt, was wohl auch schon die Vormieter gemeldet haben.

Kleiner Tipp: Infos zur Mülltrennung/ Besonderheiten zur Nutzung der Tonnen wären schön gewesen.

Vielen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe mit dem Schuppenschloss und dem Ausleihen eines Fahrradschlosses!

Das Haus ist ist ganz gut ausgestattet. In den oberen Schlafzimmern fehlt ein Stuhl oder Stummer Diener zur Kleiderablage, das Doppelbett unten ist ganz schön schmal und eng für 2 Erwachsene und man muss übereinander krabbeln.

Kleinigkeiten: Der Vorhang im EG-Zimmer ist nicht richtig fest oben links. Die Batterien der Wanduhren sind leer. Es kommt kleinlich rum, Spülmittel, Klopapier und Geschirrspültabs, etc. für 15€ anzubieten (und dann war doch was da.).

Sonst alles fein.

Zu wenig Geschirrspültabs und leider kein Geschirrspülmittel. Toilettenspülung im OG super schwach. Plissees die viel zu klein waren, dann lieber keine.

Ansonsten sehr schöne Sauna, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Lage zum Meer super.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus Sybille, es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In Ihrer Beschreibung und auf Nachfrage im Büro, gehört 1 Parkplatz zum Haus.

Da wir mit 3 Autos da waren, etwas knapp. Auf Nachfrage beim Nachbarn im vorderen Hausteil sagte er, es gehören beide Parkplätze Vorn zu der Nr. 39 A.

Er hat Nr. 39 und sein Parkplatz ist seitlich. Das war schonmal ein sehr guter Hinweis, so mussten wir nur einen Parkplatz finden ;-)).

Kritik:

Die Toilettenspülung in der oberen Etage ist eine Zumutung. Ich habe das gestern in Ihrem Büro vorgetragen und hoffe das es verbesssert wird. Da kommt einfach zu wenig Wasser zum Spülen. Teils musste 3 bis 4 mal der Wasserbehälter erst wieder voll laufen, damit alles erledigt war - pure Wasser Verschwendung.

Der Vermieter sollte dringend über WLan nachdenken. Obwohl ich 2 verschiedene Sim Karten Anbieter habe, war es kaum möglich in das Internet zu kommen, so etwas geht gar nicht, selbst anrufen ging nicht. Auch unsere Freunde hatten das gleiche Problem.

Nur aus diesem Grund, würden wir dieses Haus nicht mehr mieten, alles andere war Ok, Toilette denke ich wird gemacht.

Um ein paar Tage zu entspannen, ist es hier genau richtig. Tolle Ausstattung in der Ferienwohnung,wirklich Platz für 6 Personen.

Nur in der heutigen Zeit ist WLAN Standart - das hat leider gefehlt. Ansonsten kann man die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen...
