This cozy holiday terraced house in Kaltenhof awaits you with a cozy living room with TV and a large open fitted kitchen. Here you will find everything you need for a successful holiday: fridge-freezer combination, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave.

A cozy bedroom with a double bed and a fixed children's bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed await up to 5 adults and a baby on the upper floor.

The bathroom with shower,toilet and sauna is on the upper floor.

Ground floor: a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

Enjoy the sun on the terrace with garden furniture and a stonewall barbecue. 1. A free internet connection is available to you.

A high chair, a children's travel cot and a handcart are available for our little guests. There are 2 parking spaces at the house.

Leider haben wir am letzten Abend feststellen müssen, daß der Rauchmelder im Flur im OG ständig, in unregelmäßigen Abständen Piepgeräusche von sich gab. Es ist uns nicht gelungen, dieses abzustellen. So das wir keine schöne Nacht mehr hatten.

Wir haben nach langem Suche, das Ferienhaus gefunden. Vielleicht sollte das Hinweisschild etwas größer und sichtbarer angebracht werden. Ansonsten war alles sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Hallo PAS-Team, soweit war alles i.O. Mängel haben wir bereits mitgeteilt. Nachteilig empfinde ich die Parksituation, Parkplatz direkt am Haus trifft es nicht. Sauberkeit ... die Jungs hatten irgendwie Krempel unter die Betten verfrachtet, da müsste auch mal ein Besen hin. Das fehlende Radio ... ok, wurde mir bereits gesagt das es vom Eigentümer nicht gewollt ist. Ansonsten planen wir schon für nächstes Jahr wieder auf die Insel zu kommen. Dsnke und viele Grüße aus Dresden bei aktuell 35 Grad

Das Ferienhaus ist super eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung. Selbst Kleinigkeiten sind in der Küche vorhanden. Die Terasse und der Schuppen sind auch in Ordnung. Damit hatte man auch die Möglichkeit die eigenen Fahrräder sicher abzustellen. Der Preis ist schon heftig ,aber es war es uns wert.

Ein kleines Manko war dabei: Der Fernseher in der Stube ist was klein, aber nicht lebensnotwendig.

Ein tolles Haus und ist weiterzuempfehlen.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem PAS und es hat uns gut gefallen das Haus Störtebeker ist gut eingerichtet es ist alles da was man braucht.

Alles war ok. Nur das Ausstattungspaket welches wir geordert hatten, sollte doch auf die Bedürfnisse angepasst werden. Filtertüten waren reichlich da. Dafür wäre ein Hinweis nett gewesen, das Geschirrtücher mitzubringen sind. Auch Abfalltüten haben gefehlt.
