The cozy living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, radio, dining area and adjoining new kitchenette. The kitchen has a stove with 2 rings, oven and refrigerator. From the living room you can access the beautiful terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture.

The cozy bedroom with a double bed can accommodate 2 people. An extra bed is possible in the living room for two additional people.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet.

A WiFi connection is available free of charge.

A cot is available for our little guests.

There is a parking space at the house.

Non-smoking apartment!!! Pets welcome!

Let yourself be pampered every day. We offer a bread roll delivery service all year round, which you can book with us at least 4 days before arrival.

Der Gollwitzer Park liegt am Ortseingang von Gollwitz auf einem ruhigen Grundstück, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Weiterhin gibt es einen eingezäunter Naturteich, einen Spielplatz, einen Grillplatz und eine große Liegewiese.

Die nächsten Badeorte Schwarzer Busch und Timmendorf befinden sich 3 bzw. 8km entfernt.

Die wunderschöne Hansestadt Wismar ist 20km entfernt.

In dem Gebäude Ferienpark, befindet sich ein kleiner Kiosk, in dem Sie frische Brötchen sowie Zeitungen und vieles mehr erwerben können.

Ich hätte mir in der Ferienwohnung Infos zur Mülltrennung gewünscht. Insgesamt waren die Mülltonnen sehr schmutzig. Vielleicht können Sie ab und an abgedampft/abgesprüht werden.

Ansonsten alles top, wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Von uns 5 Sterne für diese gemütliche, mit allem was man braucht, ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Ein Danke an die Eigentümer, hier gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Wir waren nun zum 2. mal mit unserem Hund hier, optimal gelegen, am Ortseingang von Gollwitz. Nur 5 Minuten zum Strand, ein klein wenig länger zum Hundestrand.

Wald, Meer und Felder, alles beieinander. In der PAS Agentur hat alles bestens geklappt, auch hier super Service! Wir 3 kommen gerne noch einmal wieder.

Grüße aus dem Siegerland!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit einer super ausklappbaren und großen Gästecouch. Unsere kleine Tochter fühlte sich richtig wohl beim Einschlafen. Auch das Inventar war top. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, ich habe mich wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Im Zuge der Energiekrise wären 2 Wolldecken ganz schön, ich habe nicht geheizt, sondern hab meine Bettdecke mit ins Wohnzimmer genommen.
