!!! The road through the town and therefore directly in front of the holiday park is currently being renovated, so there may be noise pollution from construction noise!!!

The cozy living area with a sofa bed for 2 people (140x190) has cable TV/radio, BLU-RAY player and balcony with balcony furniture. The open, new fitted kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower/toilet. A narrow, narrow open staircase takes you to the sleeping area in the attic with a double bed for 2 people.

A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge. The stairs can be secured with a stair guard.

Parking space available at the house.

Coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the house for a fee.

Approx. 400 m to the natural beach.

Pets allowed! Non-smoking apartment!!!

The facility

Der Ferienpark Gollwitz auf der Insel Poel liegt in der Wismarbucht und befindet sich direkt an der Ostseeküste. Zum flachen, kinderfreundlichen Sandstrand gegenüber der Vogelinsel Langenwerder sind es nur wenige Meter. Der kleine Ort Gollwitz mit seinem hübschen Dorfteich in der Mitte schmiegt sich in die grüne Landschaft im Norden Poels. Es gibt mehrere Spiel- und Picknickplätze und schöne Spazierwege durch die abwechslungsreiche Landschaft am Strand, auf Feldwegen und an der Steilküste.

Mit Auto, Fahrrad oder Bus sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zum Schwarzen Busch oder nach Kirchdorf, dem Zentrum der Insel, wo sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden.

PKW-Stellplätze für die Gäste befinden sich vor und neben dem Gebäude. Jedes Appartement verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon. Gemeinschaftliche Münzwaschmaschinen und -Trockner

In dem Gebäude befindet sich ein kleiner Kiosk, in dem Sie frische Brötchen sowie Zeitungen und vieles mehr erwerben können.

Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Nur kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge

- Topflappen und Küchenwaage ergänzen

- die Schneidemesser sind stumpf

- es fehlen genügend kleine Metalllöffel

- das es kein Internet (weder WLAN noch LAN am TV) gibt ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß

- die Fenster der Fewo und des Hauseingangs- und -flurbereiches hätten mal geputzt werden können/müssen

Von der Unterkunft und dem Service (freundlich und entgegenkommend) bin ich schlichtweg begeistert. Einzige Anmerkung, ich habe keinen Hinweis gefunden in den Buchungsunterlagen, dass der Schlüssel im Hauptbüro abzuholen ist und nicht vor Ort ausgehändigt wird - auf den Fotos sah das Objekt wie ein Hotel mit Rezeption aus. Hat aber alles prima geklappt.

Man hätte es noch ein paar Wochen länger "aushalten" können. Empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, (die Kleiderschränke voll mit den nicht genutzten Bettdecken), Bad und Küche sind ansprechend gestaltet. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht.

Die steile Treppe zum Schlafzimmer ist mit Bedacht zu begehen, alles eine Sache der Gewohnheit.

Auf dem Balkon scheint die Morgen- und dann wieder die Abendsonne und lässt den Blick über den Dorfteich, Bäume und Felder schweifen.

Was wirklich klasse wäre: Mückennetze vor den Fenstern. Es gab gerade sehr viele Mücken und dadurch mussten Abend und nachts die Fenster leider zu bleiben, was unterm Dach dann schon mal zu ziemlich warmen Zimmer führt.

WLAN fehlt , die Nachbarwohnungen haben schon welches .

Das offene WLAN- Netz in Kirchdorf schafft kleine Nachrichten.

Die Möglichkeit sein E- Auto zu laden ist sehr begrenzt.

Gollwitz liegt sehr schön, tolle Spaziergang- Möglichkeiten durch die Felder , den Waldstreifen und am Naturstrand.

Sehr erholsam ( trotz der Baustelle , auf die vorher die aufmerksam gemacht wurde) und wirklich empfehlenswert, wenn man Natur genießen möchte.

Alles auf dem neuesten Stand, das Bad ist sehr schön. Kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Treppe, die hohe Unfallgefahr birgt. Sie ist für ältere Menschen und Kinder völlig ungeeignet. Das sollte in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung aufgenommen werden.

negetiv:Die steile Treppe ist nur für kinder geeignet nicht für älter Menschen.Die Wohnung ist nur für 2 Personen geeignet.

positiv: Das Bad ist top,haben noch nie eine Dusche für große Menschen gehabt, super, bkommt von mir eine 1plus.

positiv:Die Küche mit der Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Schönes Geschirr, alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Anregung:Schlüsselübergabe wäre vor Ort besser, nicht im schwarzen Busch, ist verwirrend.
