The comfortable sofa with sleeping function for 1 person and the friendly furniture as well as the fireplace invite you to a wonderful holiday. In the basement there is a bedroom with a double bed, a large closet and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. In the bright bathroom you will find a shower with toilet and washing machine.

The beautiful terrace with a view of the beautiful garden with pond invites you to enjoy the Poel sun. You can use the wonderful 3000 m² property with a small pond, deck chairs, barbecue area in an absolutely quiet location with the other house guests.

Der Service war sehr schnell und freundlich. Das mit den Luftentfeuchtern ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und man sollte es für lärmempfindliche Menschen erwähnen (wir sind da nicht empfindlich). Was uns gefehlt hat und toll wäre, ist eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, da war es super heiß. Ansonsten alles super, danke

Tolle Wohnung, der Garten ist super klasse für Kinder. Teppich im Wohnzimmer dürfte erneuert werden und die Fußleisten im großen Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Buchung, Schlüsselübergabe etc. Unkompliziert. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Hallo, alles in allem war alles super. Die Anlage, die Gegend, der Strand alles super.

Großes ABER das 5. Bett ist eine Campingliege (an sich ok) allerdings muss DRINGEND eine neue Matratze dafür her. Man schläft direkt auf den Sprungfedern, sehr unangenehm und nicht erholsam. Bitte ganz dringend austauschen, für den nächsten Gast.

Und es gibt tatsächlich nur 2 normale Trinkgläser (250ml) alles andere sind Sekt oder Weingläser.

Ansonsten war alles wirklich sehr schön.

Schöne Unterkunft für eine kleinfamilie. Das Grundstück mit kleinem Spielplatz war optimal für das Kind.Der Grill auf der Terrasse müsste erneuert werden,da dieser schon zu alt ist.

Wir haben uns in der Seerose sehr wohlgefühlt, alles hat gepasst von Schlüsselübergabe bis zum Auschecken.

Die Seerose und die Insel Poel hätte einen längeren Aufenthalt von 11 Tagen verdient.

Auf dem (nicht bezogenen) Bett im Kinderzimmer waren leider Hundehaare. Außerdem wäre ein Toilettensitz und ein Hocker gut für die Familienfreundlichkeit.

Ansonsten waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder! Die Ausstattung war super und die Lage natürlich ein Traum.

Die Feuchtigkeit in den unteren Räumen ist leider nicht so toll gewesen. Dadurch waren die Sachen meist klamm und es roch unangenehm.

Den schnellen Tausch der Kaffeemaschine fanden wir super! Der Service war toll und die Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit.
