The apartment has a cozy living room with fly screens and a fitted kitchen with every comfort. The sofa with sleeping function for 1 person and the comfortable furniture as well as the fireplace invite you to a relaxing holiday. A Smart TV that also supports Netflix and Amazon with a DVD player provides your entertainment. You will also find a guest toilet and the terrace with modern garden furniture on the ground floor.

In the basement there is a bedroom with a double bed, a large closet and a flat-screen TV and fly screens. In the bright bathroom you will find a shower with toilet and washing machine.

A travel cot and high chair can be rented from PAS.

The beautiful terrace with a view of the beautiful garden with pond invites you to enjoy the Poel sun.

You can use the wonderful 3000 m² property with a small pond, deck chairs and barbecue area in an absolutely quiet location with the other house guests.

Das traumhafte, 3000 m² große Grundstück mit kleinem Teich, Liegestühlen, Grillecke, Kinderspielplatz und in absolut ruhiger Lage, können Sie gemeinsam mit den anderen Hausgästen nutzen.

In dem Gebäude Ferienpark, befindet sich ein kleiner Kiosk, in dem Sie jeden Tag frische Brötchen sowie Zeitungen und vieles mehr erwerben können.

Wir hatten trotz des "Schietwetters" eine tolle Woche. Für das Wetter kann ja keiner was. Ich hätte mir Flyer in der Unterkunft mit Sehenswürdigkeiten der Festen gewünscht. Auf das Hafenfest in Wismar sind wir nur durch Zufall gestoßen. Auch hätten wir uns einen Hinweis auf die Baustelle im Ort gewünscht, da wir die Umleitung (auf die Umleitung wird erst in der Umleitung hingewiesen) erst am 2 Tag nach vielen bösen Blicken gefunden haben. In der Unterkunft war alles sauber und wir haben alles gefunden was man um kochen braucht. Vielen Lieben Dank liebes PAS Team es war toll :)

Wir hatten leider Pech, dass wir gerade über uns eine Familie hatten, die kaum Rücksicht auf Andere nahm. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier dann leider falsch, der Geräuschpegel war enorm und startete früh am Tag. Achtlos wurden auf dem Balkon über unserer Terrasse die Strandsachen ausgeschüttelt und damit landete der Sand etc. geradewegs in unserm Essen auf dem Tisch...

Die Ferienwohnung war gerade bei der Hitze ideal, da sich das Schlafzimmer im Keller befindet und somit immer einen kühlen Ort bot. Vermisst haben wir nur Kleinigkeiten wie bequeme Sitzkissen für die Außenbestuhlung, Mülltüten, Topflappen bzw. Ofenhandschuhe und eine ordentliche beschichtete Pfanne ;-)

Vielen herzlichen Dank an die generell sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter im Büro, die uns auch unseren vergessenen Rasierer nach gesendet haben!
