The cozy apartment on the ground floor was newly renovated in 2022 and 2024.

It has a bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with a bunk bed.

The cozy, bright living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, radio and sofa bed, from here you have direct access to the approx. 8m² large terrace in a sunny location.

The kitchenette with dishwasher, 2-plate ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster and a fridge-freezer combination offer everything you need on holiday.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet, mirror cabinet, washbasin and hairdryer.

The windows in the bedrooms have insect protection. All windows are equipped with roller shutters.

In just a 5-minute walk you are at the beautiful beach of Gollwitz.

A high chair and games are available for our little guests. For reasons of space, it is not possible to set up a travel cot in the bedrooms.

Free WiFi is also available.

Car parking space is available at the house.

No Smoking!

The facility

Der Gollwitzer Park liegt am Ortseingang von Gollwitz auf einem ruhigen Grundstück, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Weiterhin gibt es einen eingezäunter Naturteich, einen Spielplatz, einen Grillplatz und eine große Liegewiese.

Die nächsten Badeorte Schwarzer Busch und Timmendorf befinden sich 3 bzw. 8km entfernt.

Die wunderschöne Hansestadt Wismar ist 20km entfernt.

In dem Gebäude Ferienpark, befindet sich ein kleiner Kiosk, in dem Sie frische Brötchen sowie Zeitungen und vieles mehr erwerben können.

Die Lage der Anlage ist absolut ruhig und abgeschieden gelegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wobei man bei der Auswahl der Möbel etwas mehr Augenmerk z.B. auf die Funktionalität/Größe der Möbel hätte legen sollen, da die Räume doch sehr klein sind.

Das Haus an sich ist sehr hellhörig und man bekommt ungewollt viel von den Nachbarn mit.

Es hat uns alles gut gefallen, Lage zum Strand sehr schön, Unterkunft geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles dort, was man benötigt. Unkompliziert mit dem Parkplatz sehr angenehm.

Das Hinweisschild für die Anlage war schlecht zu sehen, da niedrig angebracht und zugewachsen, wir mussten erst suchen.

Das darf ich kurz machen : :-)

zufällig anwesender Empfang (ausserhalb der Regelankunftszeit) am 06.08.22 (Samstagabend) sehr sehr nett und hilfreich weil die Beschreibung der Örtlichkeit für den Schlüsselkasten leider ungenau ist und "#" halt kein Buchstabe ist. Also wenns bei unserer Anreise schon dunkel gewesen wäre hätten wir das nach gut 900 km Anreise alleine nicht geschafft. Aber das können Sie ja ganz einfach verbessern :-). Speziell zur angemieteten Wohnung: Bitte schauen Sie sich mal die Duschwände an, speziell in den Ecken, das passt nicht zu dem ansonsten guten bis sehr guten Eindruck der Wohnung. Auch der Duschkopf dürfte gerne erneuert werden :-). Das ist jammern auf hohem Nivea, weil die Wohnung im übrigen echt liebevoll ausgestattet ist, prima. Wir fühlten uns wohl.

Ausstattung und Räumlichkeiten entsprachen unseren Erfahrungen und Vorstellungen einer guten Ferienwohnung.
